Everything at this place was perfect. We had an amazing stay. It worked perfectly for a multi generation gathering to celebrate our Mon’s big birthday. So much for everyone to do. The property manager was top notch and so helpful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is and how special our 9 night stay was.

Family Reunion

Overall wonderful stay. Room enough for the 13 of us to gather as well as spread out. Great outdoor areas. House needs updates, repairs, and decluttering.

Nice quiet location with lots of activities without having to leave the premises. Very relaxing. Could use a better cleaning and some minor maintenance but overall a relaxing stay.

Great Girls' Getaway

This house was exactly what we were looking for! We had 8 women on our annual getaway trip. The house was big enough so everyone could have some private space/time and great community areas to hang out and have fun.

All in good fun!

This property was spectacular. My friends and I had an excellent stay. The amenities were all that we expected from the pictures and the rooms and climate was exceptionally comfortable. Well worth the money. Will recommend this property to our other friends and family.

Spectacular

The house was wonderful! The privacy provided was amazing, a true haven in the desert. The beds were great. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with spices. The pool, sport court, and putting green were a big hit with all ages. It allowed our three-generation family some well-spent time together. Hiking and mountain biking are close by as well. Will definitely be back!

Quiet great spot

This house was a great location for my family. We had 10 people with littles to bigs and this house had everything we could have wanted and more space than we needed. Response to any question we had was quick and accurate. My only drawback was that the mountain view wasn’t as nice as I would have liked. Would recommend.

Great management!!!

The management team was AWESOME. We had some minor issues with the AC in 100+ weather due to the thermostats auto changing settings making it extremely hot overnight. Even with that issue, YOU NEED TO TRY THIS HOUSE OUT! Great setting (Ignore the Neighbors), A LOT OF ROOM for a big gathering and close to a lot of fun places.

All in all nice

Spacious, great for a large group with something for everyone. Non-functioning hair water in one of the master bath vanities, mouse trap with dropping in the family room, need nicer/sharp knives for ease of meal preparation. Plenty of dishes, glassware, towels. Paid for pool heating (extra) and it was really nice as was the hot tub, outdoor grill worked great.

Family trip

We had quite a large group and usually these houses say they are much bigger than they actually are. This house was exactly as advertised! Tons of space for both kids and adults. I would highly recommend this house for a party of 10 or more people. The only issue we had was the pool and hot tub temperatures were either really cool or really hot. Struggled to get that right, but the owner was super responsive and helpful! Will definitely be staying here again down the road.

4 kids (10 years to 21 months) + 4 adults. Perfect amount of space. Truly secluded and yet ~20 minutes away from major attractions. Really responsive owner and property manager. Clean and as advertised. Room for improvement: 1. minor issues with most door locks 2. neighbours are opposed to the VRBO property (signs on lawns (3) expressing frustration with short term rentals and one small interaction) Would stay again.

Expansive Sports Area

Quite perfect backyard setup for our group. We traveled with 3 families and a bunch of kiddos 11 and under. Between pickball, basketball (with adjustable hoops!), a pool, slide, hottub, putting green with 4 holes...couldn't have been better. Even though we were slated for a 4PM checkin, which is standard, we were able to get in a bit early. I would love for slightly better communication on the day of and during the stay with the property manager, who conducted a walk through. He was very nice, however, and showed us the basics. Would recommend for anyone staying with a group similar to ours or even a bachelor/bachelorette party style. Such wonderful memories. This was our first experience as a family in the mountains of AZ. We typically go south to Florida (we are from Michigan). This was a fabulous changeup and one we won't forget.

Mice were an issue

Liked the location and amenities although pool and spa were not heated upon arrival as requested. Management was aware icemaker was not operational, but failed to inform us or to put a bag of ice in the freezer. Overall most areas were clean although we did find mouse droppings daily. Management advised to make sure doors were closed to prevent mice entering, but we could hear mice in the walls. This was not a "one or two" mouse problem. If they could solve the mouse problem this would be a great rental, but as it is I can't recommend it.

This property is just like the pictures show... amazing. We just got back from a weeks vacation and I don't have any negative things to say. It's a little bit of a drive to some Scottsdale spots (but only 20 min). However, if you are looking for a place for a group that you don't have to leave much, this is the place! The backyard is amazing with the pool, spa, waterslide, putting green, sport court/tennis court, and grilling area. Our young family (kids 6,10,12) just had a blast being outside. The house is large and has plenty of room for big group gatherings and privacy for everyone. I recommend this property!

Relaxing Spring Break

Paradise Heights offers pretty much offers everything you'll need for a group getaway. Our group particularly enjoyed utilizing the onsite amenities. The tennis/sport court is great. The pool and hot tub are perfect for a large group. Outdoor grill/dining area is a great space. The putting green added hours of enjoyment for our 18 month old granddaughter. House is well outfitted with kitchen needs, play time equipment, bikes and pool accessories. Only minor drawback (very minor) one whiny neighbor. But that not-withstanding, love the place and definitely return. Anita and Vilmos were great contacts to assist with any questions during our stay.

Great for relaxing

Two families with 5 kids ranged 10-14 — so much fun in pool, hot tub, tennis and sport courts, pool table and big enough inside for privacy when needed. Lots of amenities including pool toys, tennis and bball equipment and bikes! Location is a little remote but close to great hikes. Definitely need a car. Gorgeous lemon trees out front and owners generous with their use!

We chose this part of Scottsdale for its desert scenery, mountain views, and room to spread out while staying within easy reach of dining, shopping, golf, and outdoor adventures. The Sonoran Desert gives the area its character, with wide-open skies and hiking in the nearby McDowell Mountains.

What we enjoy most is the balance: you can spend the morning exploring a trail or playing golf, head out for lunch and shopping, then return to your own private retreat. It’s the setting we wanted for Hidden Paradise, a place to enjoy Scottsdale together, with space to slow down and soak up the Arizona sunshine.

What makes Hidden Paradise special is how much there is to enjoy together, and how personal each space feels. Our six uniquely themed bedrooms each have their own character and direct outdoor access, so choosing your favorite room becomes part of the experience. With 5,600 square feet, four spa-like bathrooms, and over an acre to enjoy, there’s room to gather and room to unwind.

Outside, you can spend an entire day without leaving the property: glide down the waterslide into the heated pool, play pickleball or basketball on the private sports court, or practice on the putting green. Evenings are for barbecues under the ramada, conversations around the fire pit, and a soak in the huge hot tub beside it.

Inside, a private Peloton gym, a game room with a pool table and illuminated wet bar, and a kitchen with Viking appliances and custom walnut cabinetry make staying in just as appealing as heading out. Fully renovated in January 2026, Hidden Paradise brings thoughtful design and a playful vacation spirit together in one private Scottsdale estate.
