Great location

Waking distance to village, adult bikes in the garage and the hot tub was lovely. Worked great for our family!

Nice setting, clean, conveniently located.Clothes dryer didn't work and air conditioning did not cool.Used fans they had which helped.

Thanksgiving getaway

The house itself is a great setup. It was nice to have a hot tub. The WiFi doesn’t work, and there was mice poop under the kitchen sink. Texting with the property management was extremely unhelpful.

Fun family stay in Sunriver

The house was just perfect for our family, a great kitchen to cook meals with updated appliances, spacious rooms for the kids and us. We enjoyed the hot tub, bikes, and had a great visit to the SHARC. The only things were it would be nice if there were more spices in the kitchen and the coffee maker made watery coffee, but after a few calls they brought over a new coffee maker. Thanks for the comfortable stay.

Peaceful and quiet!

We enjoyed the homes Sun River location, large windows and peaceful atmosphere. The home was very simple with older furnishings. The kitchen lacks basic staples but does have plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The hot tub was an extra treat!

Sunriver 11 Pine Baugh July 2022

The property was an attractive and comfortable accomdation in a great area. We housed 4 adults there (there were two additional bunk beds unused). A deer came within 3 feet of our kitchen window one morning and there were several other types of wildlife nearby. The woods surrouding the house gave it a nice sense of mountain setting and isolation. The activities in nearby Sunriver were excellent (pool; river kayaking; hiking; visit to High Desert Museum; and Lava Lands (including the lava cave)).

Cozy House & Great Location!

This cozy house was exactly as described and was in a great location with an easy walk to the Sunriver Village. It was upper 90's during our stay, so the house was hot when we returned at the end of the day but opening the windows and running the house fan cooled it down later. We enjoyed the hot tub early in the morning while it was still cool out. We were only there over a weekend, but spent one day on an ebike tour in Bend riding along the Deschutes river and then made a trip to Sisters. The next day we rented paddle boards at the SunRiver Marina and spent 2 relaxing hours on the river hanging out with river otters. We also saw lots of deer and fawns on our early morning trail walk right next to the house. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This review is for 9 Dushantes

The property at 9 Dushantes was the property I stayed in. It was in terrible shape we could not use the sliding glass doors they were nailed or stuck shut. It was very hot and uncomfortable and somewhat of a hazard for fire escape. This really made our stay uncomfortably hot and unnecessarily.

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

The home was great! It was the perfect size for two couples and two kiddos. It was clean with all of the supplies we needed. We were pretty disappointed with the property manager, they assured us there would be bikes at the property, so we left two bikes at home. When we arrived though, I there were none and then we were told that there weren’t any by the same property manager. Sun River is known for biking, so we were really disappointed we could let bike anywhere and had to drive. Overall though, we had a great experience. Bring your own bikes though!

Home was amazing, amenities were great, and we all gave it an A+

House was clean, organized, and very, very well kept. I did not notice that there are no blinds or window coverings in the Kitchen, Living room, or dining room until we were packing up to leave. Didn't bother our stay, or influence us from possibly renting the house again in the future.

A great Sunriver experience

Bottom line up front- we had a great time and would stay here again on our next visit to Sunriver! It was a terrific home base for all kinds of adventures in the area. House was comfortable, clean, and safe. Two of the bikes were in great shape for an adult and an older kid, and one was usable. We were able to borrow a smaller kid's bike from the property managers' office for some trips around the community. SHARC was great and a huge benefit of the property. Amenities were clean and usable- washer/dryer, hot tub, gas grill, etc. I would definitely plan on doing your shopping for the week in Bend at one of the larger grocery stores- the local IGA was helpful for things in a pinch, but pricey.

Don’t assume there is air conditioning

Property was great except for the fact that it didn’t have AC. It wasn’t listed as an amenity and I assumed the house had it, which was my fault. Got up to 82 degrees around 4/5 pm. Cooled down nicely at night with the windows open and the fan going. There was only one fan however so it would be nice to have one in each room during the summer.
