Nice place want to stay again.

Unfortunately the AC went out our first night there. It has been replaced and the owner was very nice. Will stay again when the time comes.

Fantastic Gem in an Unbelievably Cool Hood!

The design of the cottage was impeccable. The place had an extremely modern feel mixed with a nod to the past with one of a kind antiques throughout the place. The beds were all really comfortable, but pillows have seen better days. Really need to be replaced, pronto. The towels were soft and plentiful. The house was stocked with sundries and toiletries/cleaners. Washer and dryer worked great. Plenty of soap/bleach etc. The Smart TV in the living room had a five second sound delay. Tried to trouble shoot but couldn’t figure it out. HVAC was fantastic. Fantastic closet space. Wonderful outdoor space, perfect for dining weather permitting. Walkable to vibrant artsy district packed with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and art galleries.

Very dirty

The property was not clean. It appeared it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. I cleaned for two hours after I arrived. The floors turned our bottom of our feet black when walking barefoot. There were spider webs in most corners with living spiders. There was layers of dust on all windows sills. The stove top had cooked on food. It was very musty smell throughout. The bed sheets were ripped. The bath tub was stained black & clogged. I have photos of before cleaned. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for when not cleaned.

Great place to stay

House is in a good area. We felt very safe. Check-in was easy. Place was clean. We enjoyed our stay and made lasting memories with the grandkids. If you are looking for a place to stay in Oklahoma City, I recommend this Jefferson Park property.

Great location and cute house

This cute little house is in a great neighborhood and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable although it was a bit chilly and we could have used another blanket or two! It was only a 10-15 minute drive to everything we wanted to see and was very nicely decorated. We would stay here again!

Cute little cottage in Passeo Arts district

Had a nice stay in this cute, quirky little cottage. Loved the location— close to everything. Place was old but very clean & cute decorating. Bed was very comfortable and place was well-stocked for our stay. Check in/out was easy, host was responsive & easy to communicate with. Improvements that would have made our stay better: more detailed instructions for TV remote & thermostat for heating/ air. A TV in master bedroom would have been nice, as well as a bath mat in the bathroom, more washcloths, dish towels , Kleenex & a shade for one of the windows in master bedroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, & would recommend to others who are visiting the OKC area— thanks!

Great place to stay in OKC

Our host is a great communicator who was knowledgeable about the area and always responded in a timely manner. The location was perfect for us...all museums and major attractions seemed to only be 5-15 minutes away. The main highways are also very conveniently close to the property, without being next to the property. The neighborhood felt safe and active with people working in their yards and walking their dogs . We also loved the convenience of being an easy, short five minute walk from the small cluster of independent restaurants that are close by. The house was clean and it was a huge bonus that there were some amenities provided like hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc. The AC also works really well which is a bonus in the OKC summertime. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for a multitude of reasons.

Don't overlook this one

Amazing location! Close to everything and very cozy. If you are able to manage stairs up to the bedrooms then don't hesitate to book this home. Owner was very quick on responding to messages, great communication. Try to be here first Friday of the month for the Paseo Arts walk. We missed going but will not miss next time.

Great getaway

This property was a perfect place for our getaway to Oklahoma. The home was very clean and the owners were fantastic to work with. Beds were comfortable! The home matched the photos perfectly. The property was located in a very safe part of town and the feel of the home was very inviting. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone staying in Oklahoma City!
