Everything about this apartment-style unit was spotless and inviting. I was staying on my own and felt very secure. I like that the garden was fenced, the windows were all screened, and the ceiling fan kept the room very comfortable. It was adequately supplied with the basics to cook and clean up. There is a 2nd unit but they are nicely separated.The location was 10 minutes walk inland from the beach, on a very picturesque road. The beach turned out to be my favourite. However, the sheer numbers of roaming dogs are a problem all over the island, so you would have to be comfortable with that to walk. I had a car for my stay and it was brilliant.It was nice to meet you Kathy and Scotty, thank you for your hospitality and all the best for your accommodation business. I highly recommend this place

Everything was amazing. Kathy and Scotty are the best hosts ever! Totally go out of their way to make you feel so welcome. The unit was clean, functional and quiet at night, the bed very comfortable and lovely sheets too. Has a ceiling fan above the bed when it gets hot as well as air conditioning and insect nets on the windows. The scooter is a must to get around and cheapest in town. I would definitely recommend this place and if we do return we will be coming here. Thank you.

We enjoyed nine relaxing days at Scotty and Kathy's comfortable 'village vibe' accommodation. There are two units side by side on the property, with shared laundry, build a few years ago, everything feels new, very clean and tidy on arrival. So nice to have a kitchen to use for a longer stay. Beaches, supermarket very close. Public buses around the island at the end of the road on the main road. Hosts were easy to reach if any issues otherwise very unobtrusive. We loved it.

I stayed here for 12 days and it was so good because we had the place to ourselves and could come and go whenever we pleased. Kathy and Scotty were so kind let us stay late as our flights were at midnight so handy!! The place was very clean and well looked after will definitely book here again in the future.

Just Paradise

Brilliant place. Very clean, tidy and bright and the grounds were well kept. Very peaceful and no more than 10 minutes walk from the beach with safe swimming, a supermarket and Charlie's Restaurant. Wifi was awesome and we were very impressed. We only got to meet Kathy and she was very good to us. So Metaki Maata Scotty and Kathy for your lovely place and for looking after us. We will be back

Paradise!

My husband and I recently stayed for a week at Raukura holiday house. We had a marvelous time, the house had everything you need to self cater with a great kitchen and comfy bed. The house is in a fabulous location, not far from the best beach and nice and quiet away from the tourist crowds. Fabulous and caring hosts, we would definitely love to come back.

Beautiful Raukura

We enjoyed staying at Raukura homes. The house was reasonably large for 2 people with all equipment for cooking. All areas were very clean. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. It was close to a beautiful beach.

I love love loved staying here at Raukura Homes. The mountain views, so peaceful and so comfy with everything i needed. Best swimming and snorkelling just up the road. Im definetly coming back here to Titikaveka💙

Beautiful home in a lovely quiet area. Few minutes walk to a stunning beach. The home was clean and spacious, and well equipped with everything you could need. The host was friendly and welcoming (offered airport transfer which we used), left a delicious fruit bowl for us a well as the basics (milk, tea, coffee etc). Highly recommend this accommodation , and cant wait to return.
