The house itself was spacious, but dated.Disappointed that there were no instructions on how to use the appliances & TV’s. No phone in the home. Pool area would’ve been beautiful if not surrounded by weeds and some mold. The “spa” was the same temp as the pool. I sent emails but no one answered. We would not stay here again.

Overall, a good place to rest your head at night, and soak in the spa.

We took comfort in knowing it’s a guarded community with strict safety guidelines. Pool was heated, and door system always worked great. We appreciated the amount of bathrooms!However, with how Florida Vacation Homes managed this home, and kept communication at a minimum with us, I’d rather rent from a private owner, any day. The home clearly needed some TLC. Some of the floor ‘tiles’ in the kitchen and living areas were missing their grouting, and were physically lifting off the floor. I’m glad I didn’t have any young babies or toddlers with me. They’d eat the chipped grout. The furniture is not in good shape, and the bed I slept on was incredibly creaky and noisy. Our 3 kids tried using the pool toys. When I went to make sure they were clean to use, they were not, at all. It seemed like they had been sitting in the chest by the pool for a very long time, and were slimy to the touch. The only thing I let my kids touch in that chest was one pool noodle. Yuck.We would have loved to use the desktop computer. There was no computer mouse in sight, and when I called to inquire, I got a machine. I left a message, and never heard back from anyone. With a private rental, I can simply text the host, and get an actual answer. It seems as though someone went to Wal-Mart, 20 years ago, bought some Disney stuffed toys, and nailed them to the wall to try and pass off as decor. They are covered in dust. A little weird. We needed to extend our check out time past 10:00 am. We

Needs updating but nice

Needs updating, new beds, kitchen plates/cutlery, but great location and home layout all beds with own bathrooms was nice. Pool heat worked perfectly, we had plenty of hot water for showers. Couch was comfy and newer. Had a lovely time, would stay there again.

Florida vacation

Family vaction. Great home in quiet setting. Will definitely return again to this resort. Peaceful ans private. Close to town but far enough out of town at same time. Great location to everything we had planned and quick to get onto interstate to other destinations too.

Had a great time

Pool was pretty dirty, algae on the sides very bad. Told the girl who came to check on us and she immediately had a pool person come in to treat it. Kudos to her. Rest of the stay was great.

Family vacation

The furniture in need of a little TLC it's not outdated just some wear and tear. The property was clean. The manager response time was good. The AC went out they had someone to come out 11p that night to fix it.

House and parking

Sorry I forgot to ask if they had a Keurig coffee appliance . They didn't. Everything in the house was like being home , nice and comfortable.even had outside music and lighting for the pool.

ENjoyed our stay

We always love staying at Windsor HIlls property. This the first time in this home, it was lovely. Had enough space for everyone (6) and the kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool. Our only glitch was the pool heat. I somehow missed adding the pool heat on my reservation so I emailed one day prior (Thurs) to our arrival that we wanted heat, no one responded so kids couldn't swim first day. Called on arrival day (about 8pm Friday), they said to call back the next day. Called right away that next day at 9:00 (Sat), had to leave a message. No return call, called them back about noon (Sat). Spoke with a person and they will have heat turned on but it will take 24-48 hrs to heat up. Called again about 4:30pm (Sat) to see if someone had turned it on, not yet. Finally on Sunday, we can tell it has been turned on but not swimmable yet. So really the only disappointment on this home was that the kids couldn't swim until Monday of our trip and we left Thursday morning so we missed out on Fri, Sat and Sun.

Nice place!

Great place to stay with family. A bit challenging with only 1/3 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Would have been very helpful if a second roll was provided in each bathroom. Simple things like that can make it so stressful. Pool was great, the kitchen was nice (had to rewash some of the dishes before using). The check in process... That was stressful and tough because we booked under the 30 days out so after flying, having meetings all afternoon and evening, we spent an hour and 20 minutes just to get through traffic to get to show my I'd and credit card before getting to finally enter the house. Definitely not the easiest or simplest check in and does make me rethink booking again since our trips are always last minute. Wish there was a better way to provide identification before arrival so we could have skipped the going in person to check in. Other than the check In and the toilet paper shortage, we enjoyed the space.

Excellent location and nice property

Nice house in Windsor Hills, all on one level, so great if you want to avoid stairs. Clean and very well kept. No issues with checkin or out, seamless procedures

Would stay again

I would definitely stay at this property again. The only issue was the pool heat wasn’t turned on as expected and paid for in advance. I notified them and they assured me the refund would be given since we weren’t staying long enough for it to be turned on at that point. Otherwise everything was great and no complaints. I would stay here again.

The property was fine. The house was a nice big house. The pool and hot tub was not heated as we would’ve liked. We paid for the heat to be on but the pool and hot tub is still not warm enough.The house needed a lot of repairs on furniture and cabinets throughout the house. Overall for the money we would stay at this resort again.

Spacious but dirty

The good: the property is very spacious has a nice pool and hot tub plus a bonus room with pool table. The bad: Its dirty...the carpets are downright disgusting. There is also dirt in the bathrooms around the caulking and behind the washer/dryer. You can tell this property was once very nice but it is run down and in poor condition in need of new furniture and carpets. The furniture is dirty and ripped and there is a stain on the carpet in the bonus room that it doesn't look like anyone has even tried to get out and its gross looking. I just expect more when I pay this much for a property. I suggest passing on this one.

Wonderful Stay

My family and our friends along with their children drove down from New York to stay for the week. The check in process was fairly easy. The only draw backs of our entire trip were the Google maps takes you to an entrance that can not be accessed by guests, there was a sign with the correct address on the gate so it was easy enough to find. The handle on the back door was broken and hanging on by a single screw. I took pictures and sent it to the property manager who fairly quickly responded and asked if we'd like it fixed. The AC unit did leak in the "game room" but turning off the AC for a few hours seemed to remedy that. The property itself was beautiful, the home was lovely and very child friendly. Beautifully decorated and spacious. We discovered a high chair and many other items we could use for our trip. The house was conveniently located near all the Disney attractions. I was also pleasantly surprised of all the child safety measures, cameras at the intersections and pad locks on the playground. It made us mothers feel a little more at ease. We will be back next year!

The house was ok. The front was littered with cigs and dirty q tips. We saw a roach in the house ( only one. It may have came inside from outdoors). We had a dirty blanket. I washed it. No big deal. My concern was had been directed at the leak we had in the garage and no one responded. It's been 5 days since I left a voice mail… no response. The house could use a detailed cleaning. It was filthy behind the washer and dryer. Communication lacked once the property was paid for. I called the emergency line about the leak and no response was ever given. We were given the wrong door code upon entering which was frustrating. But we eventually got in. We have rented a few houses over years near this location. This was the worst in cleanliness and communication. I wouldn't stay in this home again and do not recommend. We have stayed in 3 homes within this area and this was the worst in regards to cleanliness and communication. I will add communication was great up until I paid my remaining balance. .
