Great stay!

Host was helpful, property attention to detail was very good. Location was really convenient with a lot of retail right there--Whole Foods, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Had a car so parking in the open garage really helped. Would stay again!

Wonderful hosts!! The home was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Within walking distance to everywhere. Nice layout so we didn’t feel crowded. Every appliance and items that made our breakfasts there easy to prepare.

Perfect Spot for a Family Trip to DC

Everything about this property was just perfect for our family's trip to D.C., but I want to especially call out the convenient location. We did not have a car with us and there is a Whole Foods, a Starbucks, and a CVS literally within hundreds of feet, not to mention numerous restaurants and a book shop within walking distances. Highly convenient for those visiting without a car.

Great DC property

Family Weekend

House was amazing. Listing is very accurate. Plenty of room for our entire adult group. Stocked kitchen and BBQ grill worked out great. Location was in nice neighborhood and a 2 minute walk yo Whole Foods. Comfortable beds and the entire place was spotless.

Wonderful springtime in DC

Terrific location; charming row house neighborhood and a Whole Foods within steps. Our weather was lovely, so we enjoyed daily walks to explore the Mall, Museums, Memorials, the Capitol and the White House. Our first time to the area and this was a wonderful spot for home base. Comfy, clean, well equipped; all we needed!

Great family spot for DC trip

Well appointed home a few blocks from Union Station and capitol building. We are a family of 7, with kiddos ranging in age from 6 to 13. The kitchen was well appointed and it’s half a block from Whole Foods, Cava and Starbucks. Only request would be TVs in bedrooms. We had a great time, and hosts were very accommodating with any questions/requests. Would definitely stay again!

Family Gathering May1-5 2023

The house was perfect for our stay. Quality bedding and furnishings meant everyone had a good nights sleep and each room had in-suite bathroom with great water pressure. Living area downstairs was ample for food prep and card games. Food and attractions within easy distance from property. We all had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Rick!

Spring Break 2024

The house was great. There were 6 of us for 6 nights. It was conveniently located. We walked to Capital Hill. The bedrooms were arranged perfectly for our crew. The dining room and kitchen were organized such that it was easy for the 6 of us to dine together. The kids played games on the living room floor. The ultimate compliment came from our 10-year-old granddaughter who said she wanted to come back to the house again next year.

Great Long Weekend in DC

The property managers were great to work with and the house was perfect for our crew of 7 people with the youngest being 12. It was very hot while we were there and the central AC kept the house very cool. We did not use the garage or parking space but its would be very easy/helpful if you had a car. Whole foods is a 2 minute walk and starbucks around the corner. Walking to the capitol area is about 35 minutes. All in all great trip.

Perfect Trip!

We had an amazing stay in this home. Me, my husband, 17yo son, 22yo son and his girlfriend, my brother, and 17yo nephew. The home is beautiful and in a great and safe location. Neighborhood is clean and convenient with grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants close by. Easy Uber rides and public transportation from home throughout the city. Lots of things within walking distance for those that are able. The home is well-stocked, roomy, comfy. Plenty of space for everyone with adequate privacy as well. Parking available for two cars and a public garage around the corner for extra cars. Everything was as advertised and the owners are very responsive, helpful, and kind. Rick was actually there when we arrived and showed us around a bit. Can’t say enough about this lovely home! I hope we can come back.

This was the perfect location, perfect property for our group stay. Everyone loved having their own room and bathroom for privacy, in addition to loving the size and design of each room. The property was very well kept. Clean, just as stated. Very modern. My brother was quite satisfied and enamoured with the design features and layout of the rooms and bathrooms.A main perk was having shopping, restaurants and basically everything within walking distance. we also loved that we didn't have to wrestle for parking spots. A garage was provided.There was a small issue with the AC upon arrival. It was not working, so we had to spend the first night in the heat...and it was hot. However, Rick was very responsive and took care of that issue promptly.We really, and truly enjoyed our accommodations. All of us (EVERYONE) wanted to stay for another three days. I definitely recommend this property for family or large group stays. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay in DC with our family of 6. Location was fantastic for seeing all of the sites, especially if you don’t mind walking a bit which was right up our alley. Whole Foods is right around the corner which is a huge plus. Kitchen seems rather new which is another plus. Lots of space, very clean, and nice bathrooms with great water pressure. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a family reunion

We used the H Street Corridor property as a gathering spot for family members traveling from around the country to DC for a wedding. The place was comfortable and spacious. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which felt like luxury, especially with having to get ready for wedding-related events. While close to H Street, it is far enough away that noise was not a problem. We took advantage of Whole Foods, Starbucks, and CVS being nearby to keep us stocked. Rick was a responsive host and helped guide us on how to park two vehicles at the property. The location, size, and comfort of the H Street Corridor property allowed our family to catch up and enjoy the long weekend and wedding.

The Best

This was the Best VRBO property that we stayed at. Our Host thought of everything that you may need for your first night there, plus. They had a little coffee for the next morning, soap in the bathroom, laundry detergent, two coffee pots, a tea kettle, etc. Our group was very impressed. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
