Lovely beach home with ocean front views. Close enough to hear the ocean. There are only 7 homes located on this stretch of beach. Homes are located at the back of an Up Scale Rv Park. High end, very quiet, and clean. Crossover is 2 houses down, for walking to beach, secured with entrance code.I did give a 4 on description, because layout is different then described. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths. Master is on ocean side with king bed and private bathroom (shower only). Other 2 bedrooms are queens and share hall bath, tub/shower. There is a bonus area downstairs, with living room, TV, Icebox, large bath (shower only) and bedroom with king bed and 2 bunks in same room.This did work for us, but we had hoped all bedrooms and baths were located on same floor. The layout added lots of stair climbing, which can be difficult if you have older travelers or very small children. I would recommend the beach house, views are amazing, kitchen well stocked for cooking, but you will need to purchase everything (only salt/pepper) is provided. Deck has comfortable sitting and has a covered area. There were 4 in our group, but this home could easily accomodate 6-8, without feeling too small. The rental agency was nice and very helpful with any issues. Nothing like the beach. D Turney

And we especially appreciate the kind words about our Port A Escapes team! Thank you for pointing out the layout details. We can absolutely understand why knowing exactly where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located matters, especially when traveling with older family members or little ones. We'll make sure the description is clear so future guests know exactly what to expect. And we have a little update since your stay—we've added tamper-proof salt AND pepper shakers to our amenities! It's a small thing, but one less thing to add to the grocery list. Thanks for the recommendation and for choosing Port A Escapes. We hope to have you back for more of those ocean views soon!

Great house for families with kids!

Enjoyed our stay! Ate dinners on the patio looking at the ocean:) Kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve seen. My family is already planning our next trip here!

Beachfront Paradise

Absolutely loved this location and the unobstructed views of the water. We were so close we could hear the ocean waves. The boardwalk is close and provides beach access by foot and golf cart.

Nice Beachfront House

Perfect beachfront house in Port Aransas. Everything was as advertised in the photos. The property was clean, extremely comfortable, and the evenings on the patio were perfect.

Perfect home for family time. Everyone had their own space and time together. The sunrises from the balcony were stunning. Beach access was super close. We loved our time here and wish it could have been longer..... we didn't want it to end!

4 day getaway

The location is perfect. Just steps from the boardwalk. Community pool was nice. The house is beautiful and well kept. We would love to come back.

The beach is in the back yard!

We wanted a property that was as close as possible to the beach and we found it. There was plenty of room, a shared porch to watch the waves, and we had everything we needed in the place.

The glass enclosed balcony is such a wonderful thing. As you enter the living area on the upper story, the glass offers such a wonderful view of the gulf. Everything working as it should and right on the money with the listing's descriptions. Great communication with the property mgmt. Will definitely try to return next summer!
