Great Vacation

We have been renting the same unit the past three years. We love it, it is very comfortable. We love the area and we are planning to come back next year. One thing g that would help is if there was a little more silverware. That way we would not have to clean that so often. Other than that, we are happy here. It is a great location and everything here is superb.

Boynton Beach 6 night Getaway - Nov 2024

Great condo complex with wonderful amenities. Easy access to beach and highways to visit other towns. Highly recommended.

Great location

This condo was in a great location for my husband and I to go do day trips to West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and into Fort Lauderdale. We loved the Ocean Front Beach that was literally around the corner and over the bridge. There are awesome restaurants in walking distance but still recommend a car to get to the beach and to pick up groceries. The property was as listed. The bed was comfortable. The walk in closet was big to put all your bags out of sight. The air conditioning worked awesome! We were very happy with the property. The pool is beautiful too. The property manager was very responsive to questions which was greatly appreciated. The one thing that you need to remember is that you have to go up to the condo to get the gate opener before you can access the parking. I recommend that when you go in to get the keys from the lockbox, run up the steps right there and get the car tag and opener while you are in the roundabout. FYI, there is renovations being done on the south tower, this property is located in the north tower. We found it loud by the pool on our second last day so decided to do something different. They are renovating the exterior and repainting.

Great Vacation

I have used this condo for the last two years and it has been great. the place has everything you need to be comfortable. the beach pass is a great plus with the unit. I will stay here again.

Comfortable

The unit was comfortable and the accomodations were great for a weekend getaway. We lucked out on recommendations for places to eat and how to get around from the concierge and building residents (it would have been nice if there were food menus or recommendations in our unit). The check-in process was a little hazy - we did not know the garage opener was in the room. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. A kind resident let us in the garage. Also the key boxes aren't in number order so it took a few to locate the lock box.

The accomodation was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom towel rack, tub grab bar and toilet paper bar all need tightening. Otherwise, everything was in great condition. The building was nice and pool was beautiful. We didn't use the fitness center.

Great location! Great amenities!

We really enjoyed the location! Close to many restaurants, the beach, etc. The property felt secure and safe. Loved the amenities especially the beach pass included and the pool!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our weekend visit. The condo was very roomy and the king bed slept very well. Bonus…There are a couple great seafood restaurants within walking distance on the inter coastal. We can’t wait to visit again during warmer temperatures to use the beautiful pools.

The facility and condo were very nice. Very clean, great location, stocked with needed items and a nice king bed. No view, but a private balcony. Staff were very nice. Great location

Thought our trip was going to get canceled due to Hurricane Nicole. Diego did a great job of communicating- and thankfully the hurricane passed. We didn't have a car but were able to easily walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. We got breakfast at Marina Cafe each day on the way to the beach. We spent little time in the condo, but everything was clean and in good condition. The only comment is the walls are thin- could easily hear the neighbor's dog whimpering, and some louder conversations. Also, the patio view is basically looking at the building across-- but we still enjoyed on the patio, having a drink before we headed out The condo worked out perfectly for what we wanted-- a relaxing beach vacation.

Great building for short term stay’

Had a great time during our month long stay here at Casa Costa! Location is solid about a mile away from the beach and a 10-15 minute drive to downtown delray. Margie and Diego were very quick to response to any problems we had in our unit and extremely helpful!

Toilet problems - as noted in the renters sign in book last month

Issues with checking in, long walk distance. Once we were in the condo we found the toilet had overflowed and had the rugs soaking wet. Hard time making contact with the rental company, finally after sending them pictures they changed our room. This condo was not as nice, no furniture on the patio. The parking space was on the other side of the complex, a very long walk.

Perfect location for a last minute trip

We needed a place to stay last minute when we traveled down for our Aunt’s funeral. We love this location and it was near everything we needed. The beach passes were an added bonus. I wish we could have spent more time here. The only downside was that we didn’t have a view of the Intercoastal or ocean. We had the view of an alley. Regardless, we would stay in this unit again if we need a place to stay in the area.

2 weeks at Casa Costa

We had a very pleasent stay at this condo. It was very quiet, clean and modern. Check-in was fast. The garage is well lit and secure. The assigned space is very close to the apartment. Everything worked well. It's a short walk or ride to a great beach and the supplied pass gets you two very comfortable lounges and an umbrella. The pool area is terrific as is the health club and lockerroom. Casa Costa has been painted and recarpetted since we last stayed here. Quite a difference. The marina and two restaurants never disappoint. We hope to return this summer for another visit.

We were very comfortable, it is located very close to the garage, it has all the necessary equipment and more. Excellent attention from the person in charge of the apartment.. We will definitely return on the next visit to boynton Beach

Great place. Hot tube was under construction, so not usable at this time. Great location, clean, perfect for what I needed. Close to I 95 and beaches ( 1 mile for each).

Love Casa Costa!

My spouse and I have stayed on this property previously and we absolutely love it. The amenities are phenomenal- gorgeous pools, hot tub, gym, pool table, ping pong etc. The location is solid as well- 1 mile to Boynton Public beach and a short 10 minute drive to Delray. Can't wait to come back!
