Casa Costa is a resort style building in the heart of Boynton Beach. This condo has everything, new floors, brand new furniture, a King size bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa. Amenities during your stay will include a pool, fitness room, pool table and other outdoor activities for you to enjoy with your friends and family. A parking spot will be provided during your stay as well as a 24 hr valet option. Close to grocery stores, Restaurants, and nightlife.
Garage parking may be restricted during stay but complimentary valet available if so
$100 fee for losing/damaging key fob
$100 fee for losing/damaging garage opener
NO PACKAGES OR MAIL ARE PERMITTED TO BE DELIVERED PER THE BUILDING
Additional Casa Costa rules are in a binder in the unit refer to that if you have any questions if you can’t find the answer in there I would be more than happy to answer it for you!
Cameras around all interior and exterior common areas within Casa Costa building on and recording 24/7 monitored by Casa Costa. No cameras inside the interior of the unit.
Early check in and late check out are separate charge each if available and set up at least 24hrs in advance. Early check in times between 12-1pm late check out between 2-3pm any additional time will have to be additional day charge.

Due to ongoing construction casa costa is doing to the building the exterior facade the attached in room balcony will be closed until further notice.
There is potential for noise during construction as well during business hours Monday-Friday

Additionally one of the two rooftop pools and the hot tub are currently closed for repair until further notice


CASA COSTA is a condo community not a hotel, any questions or concerns about the individual unit or most questions about the building should be referred to us and not the front desk

Charles was an excellent, very responsive host. He addressed the few concerns we had as quickly as possible. The apartment is very comfortable for two people. Casa Costa is a great building. Lovely pool area and nice gym. There is very good security.The only detractor is that one of the pools is closed for renovation and some other construction is going on that should be finished soon. It's all part of keeping the place updated. We've recommended it to many friends and family.

Great getaway!

Condo was exactly as expected. Very clean, perfect size, beautifully decorated, comfy king size bed, washer and dryer was convenient to have, great location, host stayed in touch the whole time and was very welcoming. Will definitely stay there again!

Great unit!

Jacuzzi was closed for the weekend…I used to live nearby and it’s a common occurrence, so wasn’t a deal breaker Well equipped and convenient…safe clear instructions for check-in Hope to be back soon!

It had everything we needed except an extra fob. We.had to go everywhere together. The bed was very comfortable which you don’t always find. We will return!

Did notice when we arrived that the Comode was used with toilet paper in it who did #1 and did not flush it. I did take a picture Feb 1st, 2024. Other than that all good.

Communication goes a long way

The overall rating we gave is 3 stars. The main reason is we were informed very last minute that one pool and the hot tub were closed and the garage may not be available due to construction. That in itself is not a problem. It's understandable that work needs to get done especially on buildings of this size. But the fact that we were told a day or two before check in and when we wanted further communication with the owner, we got crickets! The building overall, without construction is very nice! The apartment was also very nice and updated. Very nicely decorated and stocked. But the balcony was overtaken by pigeons. So you could not sit out there because the furniture was covered in pigeon waste. The location was ok. Not great, not terrible. The place is a huge building. The instructions sent were clear for check in and check out. Not on the owner, but the person at the front desk could have been a little more helpful in directing us. But not the end of the world. Once all the work is done and the pigeon issue taken care of, this place would be a great place to stay.

Perfect Little Spot, Exactly as shown in advertisement

A few things. The host did not tell me until a day or two prior that pool and spa were out of order. While there is a rooftop pool, it is a lap pool and when people were swimming laps, we could not use it. Also, the cleaning people could have done a better job, there were pieces of paper on the bedroom floor. Not deal breakers, or major problems. The good...the unit is exactly as pictured and comfortable for two people. It is nicely stocked and the complex is very nice and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, marina and the beach. My one suggestion is that they put a mirror in the bedroom. There is only one mirror in the bathroom and two people really cannot get ready together. While these things were little inconveniences, they were not deal breakers and I would definitely consider renting the unit again. The lobby staff are friendly too. Had to contact the host because the cleaning person misplaced the garage key. Again, not a major issue, just an inconvenience. Definitely a comfortable and nice unit.

Great location and very nice complex

We stayed for 2 weeks. Very nice complex with pool, green space and close to beach. Well equipped kitchen. Fast internet, modern appliances, secure parking and secure complex. Easy check-in process. Make sure you have 'the code'. The not-so-good: must run the hot water for 3-4 minutes to get hot water (condo complex issue). Smoke detector went off in the middle of the night -- battery expired in 2014!! Ice maker didn't work, many burned out light bulbs, but host fixed the issues within a reasonable amount of time. Within walking distance of beach. Beaches were great. Nice area. We will be back.

Lovely condo

I was surprised at how nice the condo was. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s a lovely place. Everyone was friendly in the building. We enjoy going to the pool and doing exercises up there
