Great property!

This condo had the best views with large windows overlooking the ocean in both bedrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen. The 2nd floor is a huge bonus with good proximity to the beach access, pools, elevator, and the stairs which we used most of the time. Sitting on the balcony was enjoyable because of the closeness to the ocean yet it still felt private. Walmart, restaurants and shopping are close enough to walk to! Steve provided good feedback and was organized with information. We will be coming back as we really enjoyed this condo…it felt like home for the month.

Our beach trip to PCB was a fantastic escape. With perfect water and weather, combined with the joy of family bonding, it was everything we hoped for and more. We can't wait to return and make more memories.

Amazing views!!

The condo was great! There is nothing like waking up to the ocean outside your window. We loved that both bedrooms and the living room all had the same amazing views! The booking and communication process was super easy! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The condo at Long Beach resort was great! We loved the floor to ceiling windows and large furnished deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware, plates, silverware and had all the comforts of home. The location was awesome and the views were amazing! We definitely would like to go back!

Beautiful Place!

This was our second time at Long Beach Resort. I love this resort. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows of the beach. I like the pools, the views and the security. Our unit was clean, beautifully decorated and the balcony furniture was great. Thank y'all!

Wonderful vacation,

The condo was very nice. It was everything I hoped it to be. It was our first time staying on the gulf side. The beach was so clean and the color of the water was just so beautiful. The condo was very clean and it is centrally located. We are definitely going back next year.

Excellent Condo & Resort!

The condo was exactly as shown & described, & very roomy. We always felt safe, & were very pleased! Steve @ Pineapple Realty was very easy to work with, even with my many questions. We spent much time on the outside deck on the Totally Comfortable Furniture, overlooking the beach. Long Beach Resort was so nice, that we are going back next year!

Upon arrival there were a few minor issues but Steve and his wife came in person to remedy those. They were super kind people even recommending restaurants and chatting with us about the area.

Excellent!

Property was as advertised with beautiful oceanfront View. Very Clean. Convenient to grocery stores, Entertainment, and other shopping plazas. Only recommendation I would have is that the mattresses in the guest room (Double beds) need to be replaced.

Sleepless nights for a week!

Terrible beds in 2nd bedrooms, could not rent again for my sister & husband. Not great in our bedroom but we didn’t sink in the mattress. My sister & her husband aren’t heavy people either, wouldn’t really want my small grandkids to sleep on them. We love Long Beach & have been coming here the last 6 years but can’t recommend this one.

Being disappointed.

The condo was filthy.Floors, appliances, pillows on bed,bed skirt on beds.I called Steve twice one on cleaning condo the same day we arrived. And next morning on shower not working and plug not working. He blew up and told us to leave. All because I complained. Condo is not as nice as photos. It's beat up.Nice view, beach and pools.Hot tub jets not all working at the lagune pool. Military jets fly over beach are very loud.

First, the guest called a bit after check in and complained that the condo was not cleaned to "her liking." I immediately got my cleaning crew back there to address her concerns; however, that was not good enough for her. She had more things to complain about, such as the TV did not or the WIFI did not work. I explained to her that everything does work and proceeded to walk her through how to work these items. The next day, the guest had more things that, in her words, did not work, and I walked her though on how to work the shower and the drain plug. It became apparent to me that the guest could not be satisfied, no matter how much I tried to address her questions. Moreover, if she could not work something, she complained that it was broken. This quest was, by far, the most negative person I have encountered in years; there was no satisfying her.

Book if you can!

After staying in Destin last year we chose to give PCB a shot. After reading the reviews and seeing the beautiful pictures for this condo I booked a 4 night stay for my son, his friend and I. The communication prior to arrival was just right- Steve was not only proactive but also informative. Upon arrival, the condo was spotless. The beds were SO comfortable (unlike any other condo I have stayed in). The kitchen was well stocked as well. The views were breathtaking. The area is safe yet within walking distance to many restaurants and less than .5 miles away from a Walmart. The beach was beautiful and wasn't over crowded like the other resorts/hotels that I could see. I hope to come back to PCB again and if I do I will definitely book this condo. It exceeded my expectations and that never happens anymore! I was actually sad to leave. Thank you for the amazing stay, easy check in and check out. There is also plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love this place!

Beautiful Condo

Pros: This condo is beautifully redone and was exceptionally clean. We loved the view from the balcony. Pictures are very accurate . Beach area is lovely, but both developments to each side were very crowded Cons: This is in a much busier area of PCB than we have stayed before, would be good if you were looking to just walk. My biggest complaint was that the kitchen seemed to be lacking adequate cooking utensils for food prep for such a well appointed condo. The teflon was peeling from all of the skillets, no cereal bowls, or pitcher to make lemonade. We wanted to bake brownies but no pan or cookie sheet. It made it a bit frustrating every time we went to prepare food. Overall I would rate this condo 4/5 due to the kitchen situation. We really did love the condo itself.

Just perfect

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this condo. Everything about it was perfect. Everything you could need to make your stay awesome is included. It's decorated so well too! You can tell that the owener takes pride in the property. We always use VRBO for vacations and this has been the best one we've stayed at. It looks exactly like the pictures, the living room funiture is super comfortable, the beds are amazing, and so are the pillows! We always bring our own pillows, but they weren't need here! The views are amazing from the balcony. The resort is gorgeous and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They keep the resort super clean as well. We wanted to just move it! It's perfect. Contact with the renter was also wonderful. Every time I had a question, it was answered pretty much immediately. He even contacted us on Labor Day to make sure we'd gotten settled in and to see if we needed anything. We will definitly be back. Do not hesitate to book this property.
