We loved the convenient location, walking distance to downtown Glendora. The property feels private with the hedges shielding the front door from street view. Very well appointed. Although, the bathroom could use towel hooks or bars. Other than that, great place and great hostess.

Such a great, cute little house. It was everything that was described. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. The owner was great at communicating and super friendly/flexible as the weather affected our visit. We will definitely book again!

Cute little house. Well stocked kitchen, nice shower, washer & dryer was handy. Nice and clean and fairly quiet. We did enjoy the peacocks on the neighbors. The little extras like coffee pods, make-up wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was all really nice as well.

This cottage was super cute! Everything was as described and very clean and well stocked. Super close to APU and downtown Azusa. I would definitely stay here again! We were delayed arriving and I messaged the host to advise her of our middle of the night arrival and she went and turned on the lights for us so it would be easier when we arrived! Super accommodating!

We had an excellent 3 day stay. The house was exceptionally clean, with interesting things to look at and pleasantly decorated. We enjoyed the private yard and safe neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and around the house. The host, Jennifer, was very peasant to communicate with and responded quickly to my questions. Thank you!!!!!

Definetly a home away from home

My friends and I were quite impressed. Everything you need with stores close by (really close) to pick up the essentials. Jennifer was a great host, answered any questions or concerns I had in a quick and timely matter. I loved sitting on the front stoop in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee, and was visited by some Momma peacocks with their babies.

Cute cottage!!!

Very clean and neat with all the amenities that anyone would ever need. A beautiful little downtown area, Glendora, is in walking distance with restaurants and shops. Nice front yard with beautiful, big trees and lots of privacy. Definitely would stay again!

Flawless Home and Host

The property itself was extremely comfortable, cosy, yet still spacious. The outdoor space was really lovely - a good size and shaded which helped with the hot weather. Jennifer was the perfect host and was very patient while I sorted things out with Vrbo customer support. She was accommodating and flexible with all my requests leading up to the booking. I can’t fault the home nor the host.

Perfect!

This was the perfect spot for our visit. The neighborhood is quiet and cute, and the house is walking distance from restaurants (which the dog loved). The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again!

Adorable & Cute but...

This home is lovely. If you enjoy craftsman style homes, this is it. The home was well equipped. It's in a nice neighborhood near the base of a mountain. We felt safe. Close to many restaurants and shopping. It had old fashioned charm. I loved so much about this place. I wanted to give a perfect rating but couldn't because of one thing...feeling like we had no privacy. While there is a tall hedge around the property, you could still see into the neighbors homes and they can see into this home. All of the curtains are see through. I don't mind this in the common living areas. But, I do mind in the bedrooms. Especially the front bedroom. The host has nice Roman Shades, but they are made with a sheer muslin fabric. At night you could see into the bedrooms. I asked if they had privacy shades. Unfortunately, they said no. I appreciate that the host didn't mind us adding an extra layer (towels were suggested) for our privacy. This was not an ideal solution. Upon our departure, this was the only suggestion I made...please think about adding something to the windows to provide more privacy. The host said they would take care of this. I hope they follow through.Would I stay here again? Yes. Since our daughter lives in Covina, there is a real chance. The host responded to all of my messages, in a timely manner. They were very pleasant. .

Perfect place for family of three

Wonderful little place to stay in the suburb of Glendora. The host thought of many little details. Everything from coffee & tea to high end hangers in the closets. A cozy home away from home.
