Comfortable home in lovely So Cal neighborhood

The host is gracious and very responsive, providing the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had plenty of space for 4 and enjoyed soaking up the sun in one of the 2 outdoor spaces. The neighborhood is beautiful and even has an actual castle down the street, complete with resident peacocks.

Great house for family with everything you need!

We stayed here while we were in town for a family memorial service. The property is great with lots of room for Family to stretch out. We even had everyone over for dinner one night and we fit perfectly. Great seating, both indoors and outdoors, nice views, and a good neighborhood. The house is well appointed, and the owners have thought of almost everything. I would very happily stay here again.

Amazingly Glendora

This beautiful property is quintessential Glendora. Great views of and close to the foothills. Great for families with plenty of space for everyone. Will stay there again when we come back to the SoCal area.

Great location, very safe neighborhood!

The house itself was great - clean and comfortable! A value for Southern California for sure! The outside was interesting - lots of potential.

A great host with a very chill house

Sean was very laidback. We wanted a spot to rest up after a wedding and chill the next day and that’s exactly what we got. No complaints.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The place was newly renovated and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, and the parking was easy. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had everything we needed. The yard is a little cluttered, but it did not affect our enjoyment.

Perfect

Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Everything we needed, and a clean, updated home. Good communication with owner. Perfect master bedroom bed; comfy bedding, soft pillows, firm mattress. We plan to stay there again.

Perfect for our needs

We had a family emergency and four of us flew in to take care of a sister. We needed space to just relax and be together. The front outside space was lovely and relaxing. A few small issues but owners were responsive. Great location close to historic district and shopping. Wonderful park right down the street!

APU Trip

Booked home for college visit and baseball games at nearby Azusa Pacific. Was perfect for our needs. Clean home. Quiet area. Close to college, stores, and LA isn't too far to be a tourist.

Great location, nice house, lacks upkeep

The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of my family homes, Finkbiner Park, and downtown Glendora. The house inside was reasonably clean and nicely decorated (if somewhat quirky) and well suited for a family with kids. The large dining area and kitchen allowed all seven of us to sit and work comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, cutlery (very dull), etc. No wine glasses. Some of the pots and pans were a bit grubby. The floors looked clean but our socks were dirty after walking around inside suggesting that the floor needed mopping. The outside could be really nice but upkeep appears minimal with dead trees, peeling paint, and clutter. Finally, the washer and dryer were outside in a small closet filled with paint cans. We did a batch of laundry but you would not want to drop anything on the floor. Despite these negatives we would definitely stay again.

Super Location!

This Glendora home is in a great area, with lots of natural beauty and convenient shopping and dining. The house has a cute, spacious split floorplan and several very nice updates, including a great, well-stocked kitchen and showers. We had a fun time staying here. We enjoyed the kitchen, making a big weekend brunch, baking, and gathering at the table to visit while listening to the stereo. We did have an hour delay in checking in because code didn’t work. Also, TV didn’t work, and listing doesn’t note there are no local TV, only (guest account) streaming services. Similarly, listing mentions W/D, however, if they were in the detached garage, we did not have code access. Being a premier host I can say, this home is missing TONS of possibilities to be great. Overall condition of house is a bit run down, furnishing is incongruent, and seating is uncomfortable, bath towels and linens need a change out (many stained towels, burned comforter, torn sheets), exterior paint chipping, no blinds on kitchen windows, unfinished great patio area, outdoors could use clean up and projects mid-activity completed. Artwork is too personalized (stiffened clothing hanging on walls, toast/sponge art, etc.) and could use updating for a better appeal. Again, this is a great property, and we would stay there again if it is updated.
