House was in great condition. One of the best stocked houses we have rented. A couple of things that I could be improved. The handrails on 1 side are really low and the other side the rope was broken. Maybe put lights on top of the handrail.We would definitely rent again.

Easy check in process. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is quiet and peaceful. The host responded very quickly to all of my questions. I recommend this property and I would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in town.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is very comfortable and well equipped. Although the driveway is a bit of a challenge we were grateful to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle that made it much easier. If we have an opportunity to return we will definitely return to this home.

Our family had a great stay! The home was cozy with plenty of space for all 7 of us. The beds were comfortable and every detail was well thought out and provided for. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay overall was very nice. As mentioned in the listing, the street to the cabin and the driveway are a bit steep but manageable for sure. The house could be cleaned up a bit better, but it was by no means dirty. The only true complaint we had was that there is very little ventilation. With a cabin comprised mainly of wood, more ventilation is a must. The bathrooms upstairs in particular. Overall a very nice stay though.

Decent place

Decent place to stay for the week. It was close to the areas we wanted to explore. Beds were comfortable and really appreciated all the hooks for towels and stuff! Only complaints were the amount of dead bugs on check in (but it is a heavily wooded area and probably impossible to prevent) and THAT HILL. Words and pictures do not do justice on that driveway. My husband is an engineer and a numbers guy and measured that driveway as more than a 26% grade. Unloading and loading our vehicle was rough. After a couple really long days in DC with a lot of walking that hill was enough to make a person cry. But after the initial check in we knew to expect it. Overall good property though!

What a beautiful home! It accommodated all six of us comfortably; each couple with their own bathroom :) The surrounding area is gorgeous, and I would definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful Home and Setting

The home and location are beautiful and everything was in order. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue is the parking and the steep climb up a hill to the house. If you are bringing anyone with mobility issues, it is not a good location for them. We had two people in their 80s for a graduation weekend and it was difficult to navigate with them. Otherwise, it's a stunning location and the owner is extremely responsive.

Beautiful, quiet cabin

The house is even better than the pictures! Plenty of space, extremely clean, and all the comforts of home. Highly recommend, wish we could have stayed longer.

Ski Liberty Weekend

Went up for a weekend of tubing at ski liberty and it was the perfect stay. Lodge was easily big enough for us all and had excellent notes throughout the house so we never had to ask any questions.

Friends Getaway

Gettysburg was our target for this weekend. Great location and Great property. As add states the driveway is a doozy but nothing that can’t be handled at this time of year no matter your vehicle. Peaceful and beautiful, home is cozy and comfortable with all you need for the home away from home.
