Horrible experience

Well first things first, as soon as we open the door the whole place stunk sooo bad that Me n my friend had to clean, and that’s because they leave the garbage cans in the garage. Second, they keep the stove off and I found out why they do that. When I turn the breaker on for the stove , it came on but every 2 minutes the oven cuts on on its own which is very dangerous. Third, they have use old soap from other travelers in the shower, forth the jacuzzi doesn’t work. This place haves so much potential but the owner doesn’t seems like he doesn’t care. Oh and not to mention there’s only one television in the whole house. I tried to explain to the owner but it went through one ear and out the other, I will highly NOT recommend to rent this place. This was by far the experience ever

Disrespected by the owner house is dirty if you not clean at all found crack pipe horrible experience never using Vrbo again, couches very nasty

Do not stay here, this listing should be taken off the website

This place was not clean at all, the appliances in the house need to be replaced and the entire house has a massive fly problem. We had to find a nearby hotel to stay at after walking through the house. Mold is everywhere and they definitely didn't clean the house prior to our arrival but told us that it had been done. The area is also not a very welcoming area, to say the least. This was a terrible listitng and I don't recommend this to anybody.

The place is nice and clean. Yes, new appliances will be better; that will come with time, but that does not make the property dirty or unclean. The house does not have fly problem. This guest left his door open, so fly gets in as usual. If you come to Florida, it should be known that if you leave your door open fly/mosquitos will sneak in. There is no mold in the property. The house is cleaned up prior to guest arrival. This guest wanted to check in at 11:00 AM when check in time is 3:00 PM. This guest is disgruntled because the owner did not give him an early check in, so he decided to trash the listing. The property is located near the City of Fort Lauderdale which is a very nice Location to vacation.

NOT A GOOD PROPERTY

This home is not fit for traveler rental. The home was not very clean and lacked any kind of decor... not even a clean paint job. The Floorplan was inconvenient for guests and parking was not great. Garbage left in garage caused a horrible stjnch along with flies and maggots in trash can.

I disagree with your assessment. The decor provided is adequate for rental. You cannot find a better property than mine for the same price range. How is the floor plan inconvenient ?Didn’t you look at the listing before booking? I believe you had too many people at the property. Garbage are picked up twice weekly. The previous guest did not do a good job.to put garbage in bags before disposing in receptacle. Some of your comments will be addressed. Thank you

FATAL

This was by far our worst experience!! The house was filthy!!! The smell was terrible. The trash can was inside the garage, it appears as it was there for a very long time. There were maggots on the garage floor. We tried to clean up, but we were unsuccessful. We ended up staying in a hotel. When I called the administrator, he told me that the house was cleaned to their standard (I don’t know what that standard that is). The house had two refrigerators, one of them was broken and it smelled terrible!!! The carpets were stained and the bed sheets smelled horrible. I urge you NOT to stay in this property.
