This property and owner couldn't have been nicer. Way above our expectations! The location is perfect to explore Newport in any direction by foot. Also close to goods and services we usually stay on the Harbor when visiting Newport and were a bit apprehensive about staying in land but was thrilled with our location and experience. Barbara thought of everything! We hope it is available when we revisit Newport ‼

I am a retiree living with my husband and sometimes caring for our two grandchildren. We have lived in our home for over 30 years. With our sons grown now we have converted extra rooms to this little rental area which also accommodates our family when they visit occasionally.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We are family oriented and are committed to keeping the rooms as clean, safe and comfortable as we can for our guests. The central location can't be beat. With parking so tight in Newport you can leave your car here and walk to many attractions.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Location, location, location! Guest after guest remarks on how conveniently we are located. You can park here, leave your car and walk to so many attractions. Plus, we are mostly quiet here. Although it is a short walk, we are not in the midst of bars and nightlife, so you can usually enjoy a quiet night's sleep.
We strive to keep our place as clean as possible. We have a lovely back yard where you can relax after a day at the beach, shopping, or sightseeing, or sailing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook, relax, watch TV, or play some games.
