This first floor apartment features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a twin trundle bed, plus an air mattress in the living room, comfortably accommodating 5–6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils for preparing meals at home.

Great house with an amazing location. The lack of parking is a huge challenge but overall it was really nice and well stocked with basics for us.

The host was very helpful and responded very quickly! The place was clean and we were very content. Amazing location right near all the shops and restaurants. Very very noisy upstairs tenants who were stomping all night but I believe they were also renting so nothing to really do. All around pretty good experience!

The property was walking distance to everything. There’s a parking lot next-door that was a bonus. It was 40 a day. I would definitely use this property again.

Apt was mostly clean except for areas such as baseboards, windowsills and top of refrigerator. Close to shops and restaurants.

The pull out mattress on the couch was broken and we weren’t told about that beforehand. There was an air mattress there that we found in the closet, but it had a slight hole and didn’t hold the air. This was extremely upsetting as we had to sleep on the floor me the couch. If we were made aware of this before our visit, we would’ve cancelled our trip.

The location of the property is fantastic, and it’s spacious for several adults to stay comfortably (there were three of us). Unfortunately, the property clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time, and generally it’s very tired in appearance. The air conditioning unit vents are covered in dust, the living room wall had a pink sticky splash, window sills have accumulated dirt, the bath mat was dirty, as was the bed linen in one room, and the arms of the sofa also have visible stains. Tile is cracked, parts of drywall are exposed or are taped, and the front door was open/ajar to the street when we arrived (apparently it takes 5 minutes to lock)When we arrived, we dropped bags and went to dinner; we didn’t discover the issues until late (I realize we should have checked earlier). The host was at first responsive, but communication rapidly devolved. The host brought a new bathmat but the new bed linens were also dirty with two large black stains on them. The host didn’t attempt to otherwise clean the apartment during our two night stay and refused to communicate with me.

Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future

For the price, the apartment was just ok. We should've stayed at a hotel in town for the price. It was a little run down and not ideal for a family. The pullout sofa was broken. The location was central but there's no parking.

A great stay!

Perfect location to walk downtown and see the sites! It couldn't be more convenient for everything in Newport and nearby.Parking was not a terrible issue. We found street parking nearby after 6PM, and used the public lot on Mary Street for other times.A wonderful trip!

Amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location can’t be beat. Quiet street but super central to all shops and restaurants downtown. One issue is that the listing claimed there was a sofa bed but the sofa bed was broken so unfortunately we couldn’t use it which was a bummer.

Great location in Newport

Perfect spot for a long weekend in Newport. Easy walk to downtown area. Found street parking right outside but could see it being an issue later in the spring or definitely summer. The apartment is comfortable and nicely equipped.

Very clean apartment. Quiet at night when we were there, very comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you’d need, (cooking utensil wise).We parked and walked everywhere.Great location, Lots of restaurants,bars,market(not to far) all walking distance. We will definitely return Could be tricky parking May-September. There is a parking lot close to the apartment you can use for a daily fee.

Everything about the apartment was great. Clean & fully stocked. Location was PERFECT. Parking was not an issue bc it was the off season. Everything was in walking distance - shops, restaurants, bars. The only negative (but we survived) were the beds. Mattresses were way too soft.

Loved it!

We completely enjoyed our stay! The apartment was a wonderful mix of modern and vintage. Everything was remodeled but they kept the beautiful hardwood floors and beautiful doors. There are wonderful little shops up and down our street that are easily within walking distance. We visited the mansions and walked the Cliff walk which was beautiful! Parking isn't easy at times but we always managed to find a spot at the end of our adventures for the day. Communication was very good and we had nothing that wasn't addressed immediately! We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to others.

Location was fantastic! We found the property was really great for 4 adults, although a table would have been nice. We found it difficult to play games or have dinner, one or two of us had to sit on the floor. The only other negative was the temperature consistently fluctuated, but that isn't something easily fixed. Place was clean, fully stocked, and, again, the location was fantastic!

Location! Location!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, on a relatively quiet street. It was walkable to many cute pubs, shops and restaurants, and a short drive to some of the other local activities. We really liked it, and would book again if we were going to be in the area.

Appartement très bien situé, possibilité de visiter la ville à pied. 2 chambres. Celle qui est sur la photo est très bien. La 2ème mérite d'être mieux aménagée. Elle est petite. Pas possible d'y déposer sa valise. Pas de décoration. pas de table de nuit ni de lampe de chevet par manque de place. il faudrait réfléchir à poser une tablette au dessus de la tête de lit. Le seul miroir a du être posé par un géant ! je mesure 1,60m et il m'a fallu me mettre sur la pointe des pieds pour voir le haut de mon visage ! Sinon le reste de l'appartement est très bien.
