The house was very comfortable. The hot tub was enjoyed.This is a suggestion, grab bars in the showers would really be nice. We left a coffee pot on the counter by the sink, it has a hairline crack on the bottom, we did not find out until the first pot of coffee and the heat caused the pot to leak.

Hi there! So this property worked well for us (6 adults and 3 teenagers), but “ocean view” is a big stretch. It was not quite as advertised but close. Elevator was nice. Oddly skimpy with towels. Short stroll to the beach, close to everything, lovely gathering space for the family on the 3rd floor.—inquiries were responded to, speed of response varied. Nothing critical—we received an automated email in the wee early hours on Thursday saying Thank You and giving check out directions (we were not checking out until Friday). Caused some unneeded panic. Could tailor that a bit with “your checkout date is xx, here are directions”Thank you!

Great house, very clean and well kept. House is very convenient to the beach - a block and a half to the sand.The pool is perfectly maintained and there's an outdoor shower back there as well.The lower floor is the hangout space and pass through to the pool. There are pool and foosball tables. There's a big bathroom with a washer/dryer down here.The second floor is two sets of jack-and-jill bedrooms, so four bedrooms total on the floor. Three rooms with queens, and then one room with two twin-over-full bunk beds. The mattresses are pretty soft, but otherwise the bedrooms are great. Water pressure is exceptional in the showers too, which is a great plus.Top floor is an open great room encompassing the kitchen, dining table, and a living room. Perfect for hanging out while making dinner. Our kids spent a bunch of time coloring at the high-top table. There's also a half bath and the king master with its' own en suite full bath up there. Be aware the kitchen is pretty bare, so if you're cooking a lot you should bring your essentials with you (salt/pepper, oil, chef's knife, etc.).There's a covered balcony across the whole top floor facing the water, which was an awesome feature winding down at night.Checkout procedures weren't crazy either. Overall highly recommended.

Very clean. Nice layout. Pool. Hot tub nice but need some maintenance. Weeds around pool. Hot tub enclosure and cover falling apart. Kitchen counters lifting. Appliances stained and old. Only one large pot in kitchen. Bunk beds broken on arrival. Fixed on 3d day - our last. Primary bedroom needs sprucing up. Bare box springs, terrible pillows. Bathroom ok but definitely outdated. Broken blinds in primary. Holes in quilts and comforters. Foosball table broken and not usable. Best Bathroom on first floor. House needs some updating. We enjoyed the location. Great to have elevator. Beach Realty Personnel so nice. 2 refrigerators a plus. Towels and sheets were great. Carpet clean. Nice large pantry. Cozy living room. Tvs grest.

Very clean. No sand or grit anywhere. No shade options in pool area. No functional lighting in pantry but pantry very large and spacious to use if you dont mind using your phone flashlight. Great hot tub & pool. Fun beachy decorations throughout. Very nice elevator.

Property was wonderful, some upgrades are needed

We had a wonderful time at your rental for our vacation. Property was beautiful as described and walking distance to the beach. A few upgrades would make it perfect. The mattresses could be replaced, they were very soft with no support. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for us but the kitchen cookware didn't work for a large family. There were only small size pots/pans. Very difficult to cook for a large group. The shower heads had week pressure and could be upgraded. With these upgrades 5he rental would be perfect!

We had a electrical problem with the hot tub, they were quick to get it repaired with in 2 days. The only complaint I had about the property was the back yard. There was no shade whatsoever. The concrete and decking boards were so hot that the kids could not stand or play in the back yard without blistering your feet. We had to buy a pop up tent to provide shade for the kids to play or sit outside. Other that that everything was as expected about the property. We Would stay again.

Walking distance to beach/safety issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good, but there are several safety issues in this home. Railing on top balcony, multiple areas loose. Bunkbeds unsafe for sleep. Stairs need better gate closure. One of the hightop chairs was missing most of its support, thankfully we noticed before our kids sat in the chair. For future renters...not ideal layout for families with small children, beds are uncomfortable. House is clean and nicely decorated, major appliances worked (thats all we used), hot tub was nice. Proximity to the beach was good,

Carpeting in dog friendly house, not good idea. Had to buy febreeze and use plug-in to mask odor. King size bed actually 2 mattresses pushed together. Access to beach taxing for one in our party. Incline to get over dunes difficult for her. Pool was wonderful. Lay out of house was very nice and accommodating. Items I.e. baking sheets & plastic bowls were brand new, Having bed sheets and towels/washcloths provided was extremely nice.

I would recommend replacing all carpets as I didn't want to take my shoes off because the house reeked of urine. I booked last minute to accommodate my 82 year old mother-in-law with her dog that never has accidents and once we were inside and hit with the ammonia smell we were fearful he would mark. He did not and we made sure. Overall the stay was just okay.

The beach access stated handicap accessible but in reality they were not. House was nice but needed some upgrades. The mattress in the king bedroom had a spring poking out. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Chair to the hair table was missing rungs very dangerous for a fall. Several on the railings on the deck need to be firmly attached.

The home was a great size for our family and we enjoyed the pool It was a little further from the beach than we would have liked and there were some minor repair issues with the house. The refrigerator froze items even when put on a lower than recommended setting. Some of the faucets leaked or were difficult to turn off. Overall very nice home with a nice game room.
