Announcement: Starting April 21st, we will be painting and performing maintenance on the balconies of our property. This project is expected to last around 30 days. During this time, we are offering special discounted rates on the condos. The listed prices reflect these special, reduced rates for the duration of the work. The pool and beach will remain fully accessible. Please note, all rules and cancellation policies will stay the same. We will keep you posted on any updates.

Completely renovated top to bottom, this open-concept, fully-appointed 4th floor condo features an ocean view from nearly any place within the unit. The main rooms face due south, overlooking the pool and the coastline looking toward the Cape Canaveral National Seashore. Everything is included to ensure you enjoy a relaxing stay: beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, in-unit washer/dryer, flat panel TVs with High Definition cable TV and DVD players in each room. Comfortably sleeps 7: King bed in the master, 1 queen with trundle in guest bedroom, living room sofa has also has a queen trundle. Both bathrooms have been updated, and there is a hotel safe in the master bedroom closet.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
