Great place to stay with family.

We decided to stay here to be able to enjoy the oceanside as well as only about an hour from Universal for the kids. The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay.

Absolutely love!

We stayed for our first trip of the summer and absolutely loved it. It was decorated so cute, great location, and overall an amazing place. There was a few cons such as the sink not draining properly, nail at the top of the stairs, bath tub needs re painted but honestly it was still an amazing place to stay.

Beach Weekend Celebration

I did a weekend at NSB for my 23rd bday and this was the perfect spot. This place was nicely updated and felt so cozy. The space was the perfect size for everyone that came!

We had 8 people and had plenty of room, the place is set up freat for a large group! The manager was great to communicate with, very prompt replies back to our conversation with her! Will definitely be back!

The town house was laid out well. I’d wished we’d had access to the garage. Had strange looking people walking the neighborhood at night. The outside light by the door did not work at all . Sealed unit so was unable to change bulb. The biggest complaint was the thermostat setting downstairs would go back to 74 each day at 4 pm in the heat of the day. We would get in around 8 pm or later and of course it would be unbearably hot with the upstairs being a couple degrees warmer at 76. Hard to sleep at 76 . I definitely would not stay here again due to the thermostat setting.

Conveniently located by beach, walking trails and good food!

The condo is updated nicely. Coffee bar is a nice touch! There were walking paths to the beach and the nature preserve. Had great dinner and breakfast choices all within 10 minutes or less.

we were located one mile from Publix and many restaurants, 2 miles from the beach. A great trip to see my grandson graduate from college, and celebrate our 50th Anniversary.

Beautiful location. Just a few minutes from Indian River lagoon Park

Home was just as described and pretty dang wonderful! 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 and a half beautiful baths and a big big fully stocked kitchen! Disposal was broken and they immediately had someone out to replace it

Nice

Owner could really bump up their game by replacing some of the old, cheap towels and washcloths, adding an iron and ironing board (we were there for a wedding and needed to find one elsewhere), and a box off tissues in the main bathrooms. Unit was clean and quiet neighborhood. Overall, a nice stay.
