Clean and nice, but no AC and very hot

This place was very nice but there was no AC and the customer service did not help us despite many attempts to contact them. The unit stayed around 80 degrees during the day, so we just spent most of our time out of the unit doing things.

Nice place, questionable service

Very nice condo and main area was very cozy. Twin beds are ok, too small for an adult. Bath did not drain. No one got back to me about it which is frustrating.

Enjoyed our stay/NO FREE POOL

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated that some staples were in the pantry. Be aware, that the "free" pool advertised in the listing is not. I called Vacasa to specifically confirm it was free, prior to booking, as that was one of the reasons we chose this property. After arriving, we went to see about the pool and were told that was most definitely NOT the case. It is $10/ day/person. For our family of 6, most definitely a disappointment. Would have loved a map to the fishing spot advertised as well. We have traveled to the Rockies many summers, and really liked using this condo as a "base" to explore the west side of the park for a change.

Perfect family get away

Lovely 3 bedroom, perfect for our family of 4 and my parents. Clean, decorated tastefully, not overdone, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, amazing view from deck.

Great

The fact that it was accommodating and clean. The coffee pot wasn’t cleaned had to clean out the mold in the holding tank, other than that it was great thanks for having us and willing to do it again in the future. Thank you Martin

Good overall

Home was good overall - only 2 issues. 1. I was under the impression the home had access to the pool/gym etc. and had partly booked the unit for that reason. Turns out that was not the case. 2. No AC! Doesn't matter most of the day but the unit gets the full afternoon Sun which makes some of the smaller rooms quite uncomfortable to sleep in..

Not cleaned

Unfortunately, the property was filthy. It took two days for the Property management to get back to me after calling right at check in. Dirty toilets, used sheets and dirty floors. It was a busy week and we could not find other accommodations. So our first day was spent cleaning. Steer clean of this poorly managed property.

Good location - nice property

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spacious, comfortable and nicely equipped. It was super clean, but there were minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed - non-working light bulbs, garage door opener didn't work, fireplace wasn't ready to go for cold weather, and outdoor grill needed work before we could use it. Overall a good experience, and we would stay there again.

Granby condo

The home was comfy and had everything we would need for a quick ski weekend. We would return, but probably select a home on the ground floor next time. Too much to carry for skiing up the stairs!

Spacious and Clean!

This property was very spacious and clean. We had 4 adults and 2 teens and were not overcrowded. Good location and washer & dryer were a plus. 3rd floor was a little difficult if you are not used to climbing in the high elevation (thin air). Enjoyed our stay in the area.

Weekend Stay

The property was as listed but wasn’t fully cleaned. We had trash and a dirty dish in the double bedroom and when we went to use the washer/dryer, we needed to put away the towels and sets if sheets first. For the cost of cleaning, we assumed this wouldn’t have been an issue. It fit the five of us well and we loved the quality/quantity of dishes and cookware. Our biggest issue was the lack of an AC. Being on the third floor in the summer on the west side made it really warm at night.

Very Nice

The penthouse suite at the lodge was a very nice 3 bedroom apartment that my family stayed in. It's about a half hour away from Rocky Mountain National Park. There's a grocery store right across the street. The beds were very comfortabl. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again.

Awesome condo

This condo was very nice! The only draw back was not having A/C on the 3rd floor as we were there in mid July and it was at least 80 degrees + inside during our stay. Obviously later in the year, A/C wouldn’t be an issue. The accommodations were just like being home. Great setup!

Disappointed!

I was very disappointed with the property. It's on the 3rd floor and is extremely hot. Customer service called back 18 hours after I left a message. This will be my last stay with this organization!

Nice place but hot

Beautiful clean condo. Lots to do nearby. Beware, there is no AC and the unit is on the 3rd so you get hot first and cool down last.

Granby Ski Weekend

The condo was nice and had plenty of space for the three of us (wife, son and myself). It has three bedrooms, but the living room/kitchen areas are a bit small so groups w/more than 4 may start to feel crowded. Otherwise it's nice, well equipped and convenient to skiing at Granby or WinterPark and tubing in Fraser.

Very clean & had everything we needed & MORE!!

This condo was good for our week-long getaway in August. The facilities were very clean and equipped with great kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom supplies. We did find a joint container in the couch cushions, and some undergarments in a drawer but got a good laugh from both! Overall the condo was enjoyable and made our trip very comfortable.

Nice new condo in great location

I stayed here with my wife and two daughters in Granby and had a great time. The condo was new with nice furniture and everything you need, including plenty of bath towels and even pool towels. The beds were very comfortable. The patios on the third floor had a nice view of the mountains as well. Location was great with a large grocery store, liquor store,and gas station, within walking distance and about a mile from town. The condo does not have a/c but we never needed it and we went in July. If you are willing to walk up two flights of stairs this condo is for you, it was for me.

Well furnished and convenient. No A/C but had fans. Directions to pool/amenities would be helpful

My mistake booking something without air. Fans helped but still uncomfortable. The furnishings were comfortable. Appliances worked well! Directions to the pool would have helped!!

Nice, new condo in Granby.

Stayed with my wife and two teen age daughters and had a great time in Granby and at the condo. The unit was in great condition, very clean, had everything we needed, and had comfortable beds. Large grocery store, liquor store, and gas station were within walking distance. The condo does not have A.C. but we did not need it in July. If you don't mind walking up two flights of stairs (condo is on the third floor) this condo is for you, it was great for us.
