Beautiful house and nice quiet location with river access and view. Very nice furniture, comfortable bedding and the ice machine was an extra perk that we used quite a bit!! The kitchen was well stocked and had good quality cookware and basic spices. We plan to stay here again :)

Perfect Crystal River home!

The property was perfect, loved the location, fire pit, walks to the dock to see the manatee, screened in deck.... The list goes on. Will come back and stay again

Awesome Property!

This house is a perfect place to stay. We had a great time here and would absolutely stay here again. The host was communicative and hospitable. Honestly she was the nicest VRBO host I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend this property if you’re gonna be staying in the Crystal River area! Thanks so much.

We had a very nice stay at Pleasant Point. The kids had fun swimming from the dock, and there's a public park not far with a small freshwater beach. We saw a couple manatees from the dock while swimming, which were a highlight for the kids. We also went scalloping and hit up weeki wachee spring while we were there. The house is very nice and the kitchen is nicely equipped-we cooked most of our meals. The screened porch is huge, but it was too hot to enjoy during our (August) stay. Communication with the owner was very easy. They even let us use the downstairs and the lilypad at the dock for a couple extra hours after checkout even though they had new renters coming the same day. Overall an excellent Vrbo experience.

Work retreat

Brought some clients here to go charter fishing House was amazing. Plenty of room and great outdoor hangout spaces. Everything we needed was there, and was advertised so we didn’t over prepare. Ice machine was a neat luxury that we certainly took advantage of.

Awesome place

Everything was exactly as the ad read, clean, fully stocked and well taken care of. We used the dock, the boat ramp at the plantation is right around the corner. The extra bedroom downstairs was perfect for the three boys as it gave them some space and us parents, they loved it. The host was very helpful as well.

Worry free getaway

This home is immaculate and taken care of with love. From the moment we pulled onto the drive we knew we had found the perfect family getaway. An abundance of kayaks and paddle board, all in excellent condition, allowed us time on and in the water. Highlight of our stay was the interaction with the manatees!! Thank you Sarah and Devon for sharing such a lovely spot. Can't wait to visit again!

Fabulous experience!

The house is lovely and they have thought of everything you might need! We paddled several times and saw dozens of manatee , some even came up to our boards and interacted with us. We enjoyed a fire in the evenings while listening to the nearby owls. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property. The owner did not go cheap in furnishing this place. Beautiful decor and they provided a lot of extra towels, utensils, paper products, toiletries, etc. The owner was also very accommodation with our schedule allowing us to check in early and check out late. The back patio is the place to be with your family. HUGE back patio. Love this place and will rent again.
