When we arrived everything seemed fine until we tried to open or close the patio door. It was a major struggle either way. The floors looked fine until we took our shoes off and the floors were very sandy. We hadnt' been on the beach yet, so we swept it. There were 2 of us for 3 nights with only one bath towel. We were brought more once we contacted Vasaca. We found that there is no ice machine on site and no ice trays in the freezer. The only good thing about our room was the view and being close to everything. The room rate is way too expensive for what you get. It was similar to a Motel 6, which is not a good thing. I would not recommed anyone stay at this location.

The room was ok but the bed is hard as a rock and the cleaning job was subpar at best. The walls and doors were dirty, the room and balcony were full of sand, no plastic shower curtain, the cloth one was dirty as well. We saw cleaners, not one had a mop. Iam a cleaner as well and I was disgusted at the possibility of what else wasn’t clean.

Cheap & what we thought.

You get what you pay for, it’s cheap- and inside is clean with ocean views. But cracked toilet, building looked “sketchy” the closer to our room we walked. But once inside the unit our worries went away a bit. we left the window open to listen to the waves crash at night which we loved. I don’t think we will be rebooking, maybe if we’re on a super tight budget- but overall wasn’t bad! I was surprised with the towel quality, I was expecting the scratchy thin non absorbent white ones, but these were pleasant & absorbent.

Awesome view, easy walk to beach

Very clean. Friendly staff. Dog friendly, even had towels for dogs. The room itself could stand some "refreshing". Nicked paint, etc. Mattress was way too hard for our liking. The biggest downfall was the keyless entrance. You had to enter 10 numbers quickly to unlock the door. Only once in 3 days were we able to accomplish this on our own. The rest of the time we needed assistance from other guests or cleaning staff. I would hope that they would shorten the amount of numbers needed to enter. My husband has this type of lock at his office and only needs 4 numbers. He never has trouble with that one.

Incredible View, bring a fan.

This is an awesome place. It was super clean and easy to work with. You walk down the hill and you are on the beach. At low tide there is incredible tide pools. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no central air and no screen on the porch so if it is hot, the room can become stuffy at night. There is a great breeze and we just had a fan by the door and it worked for us. We would do it again.

good view at least

the bed was SO HARD. like boxspring hard. the front door wasn’t very secure and we had to lock it for it to stay closed. there was hair on the mattress and sand in the bathroom. great view though.

Lincoln City Hotspot

Location and views to die for! Exceptional truly. Second floor is ground level. 3C our stay. Private balcony with chairs. Doggie loves it as well. Very pet friendly.

Awesome ocean view with private balcony. The only drawback is that fees, taxes, and cleaning doubles the price. However, great value for a summer stay. Will return.

Seahorse 3-C

Perfect unit for a last minute new year’s getaway We were skeptical about the reviews in the past but for the price we took a chance and had zero problems. The view was gorgeous, they accommodate pets, the fireplace was warm. The walk to the beach wasn’t as daunting as others made it seem. The only issue was with other tenants not cleaning up after their pets. The location to the beach, shopping, food etc was also perfect!

Get a way

Luved the location, never did get password for wifi, comfortable bed, bedsheet was stained but brought my own then changed them out when I left…..I’d most likely stay here again if I come to Lincoln City

Great place to relax

The view and access to the beach was nice. Close to all the restaurants and outlet mall. Glad to have a microwave and refrigerator. No carpet which made it easy to sweep sand away.

Pretty good

We loved it. Awesome view, quiet and a warm fireplace. The place was a bit run down but the for the price, view, easy access to the beach- makes it a great little room. Very clean.
