Good property and good management. Check in and check out were well managed. Could have used a bit better instruction on the two different TV systems but all else was good.

Had a fantastic time. The house is top class yet very comfortable. All amenities were found. And our property manager host was over the top good! She even went out of her way to make sure we had a blender when we could not find one. Terrific!

Absolutely Perfect!

We had an amazing stay in this brand new, beautiful home. The home is better than the photos. The beds and linens are wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous and fun. This was truly an immaculate and seamless stay. My one and only complaint is the master bedroom closet is locked and there was not any place to hang clothing in the master sweet. We will definitely be back again and the host was amazing. Any questions were answered immediately.

Dear Jennifer, it was such a pleasure to have you and your family back again. And thank you for your request for a long term booking for the Equestrian Circuit coming up. I'm so sorry that the large master walk-in closet was overlooked - it's across from the jetted tub. In there you will find robes, fine hangers, extra blankets, pack and play and high chair. We look forward to your return visit. Karen Resort Home Destinations.

Fantastic House

We all enjoyed the house very much! The patio was great and the misters helped keep the temperature down a bit. My only suggestion would be to change out the rug in the back bedroom near the laundry room. It was a bit stained up. Other than that the house was in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes, etc. the main tv room was great with a large couch to fit everyone! There were a few things we needed along the way and the management company was super quick to help. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Dear Tiffany, We’re thrilled to hear that your group had a fantastic time at our property. Our patio and misters are designed to enhance your comfort, even in warmer weather. We're also pleased that the kitchen amenities and the spacious Great Room with 80" TV and AppleTv met your needs. We take guest feedback seriously and have already addressed the stained rug in the back bedroom near the laundry room to ensure a pristine environment for our future guests. Our management team is committed to providing prompt assistance to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We look forward to welcoming you back and ensuring you have another memorable stay! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home with the best amenities I have seen in any vacation home at PGA West. Lovely, quiet and relaxing. Great restaurants close by - quick Uber, Instacart, fast wifi and a beautiful pool made for a relaxing stay. Resort Home property manager checked in with us regularly but we were in need of nothing. Wonderful poolside massage too. Loved it here 10* - also the home has been beautifully updated not shown in the photos.
