Great girls stay

Enjoyed this lovely home in La Quinta. We have a home in Palm Desert that was flooded so our annual June trip needed to be relocated. This was a wonderful home with everything we needed for a fabulous trip.

Very nice well-equipped home. Our group of four senior couples look annually for an escape week to relax and catch up socially. This home fit our group dynamic perfectly. We booked originally for five couples; the home easily accommodates five couples with king/queen beds and individual bathrooms. It is difficult to find a one level home with amenities such as Monroe. Family Golf Trip

We have been doing a Family Golf trip in palm springs area the last 12 years by far this Home has been Best one for our Group of 10! Plenty of Room great location! I would highly recommend!

Wish we stayed longer

The house was perfect for our family reunion. There was lots of room for the 12 of us and the location was beautiful with the golf course right in the backyard and the mountains in the background.

Beautiful spot for a family vacation

Loved our stay in this spacious home with a beautiful backyard and pool area. Stunning mountain views. Only issue was Avantstay folks took too long to respond each time we reached out. 12+ hours with a beeping smoke alarm was far too long.

Holiday weekend

The home was great....we had ample space & bedrooms. The backyard view was beautiful and our grandkids enjoyed the pool/spa. At he last minute we requested an early check-in and AvantStay was able to accommodate.

Great quiet getaway

It’s a large home with many rooms all have bathrooms. Great family vacation spot. The only downside is that the pool is a bit small but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Management is very quick at responding. Thank you!

Family Vacation

The home is a wonderful venue for a multi-family vacation! Spacious, yet private, with a common area large enough to accommodate 12. The outdoor area provided hours of entertainment and game playing with the pool, hot tub and outdoor seating/tv. I would definitely rent it again.

Very nice large residence in a quiet area. Well equipped kitchen. Nice patio and pool. Wi-fi didn't work and home could use some updating but overall, a good place to stay.

Roomy, fun house

This is a roomy house with fun things to do - pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, ping pong. It seems to be geared toward a younger group that mostly wants a large house convenient to the music festivals in Coachella.

Pool party

We enjoyed every min with friends and family in the pool from sun up to sun down. Clean spacious house with a few minor issues that were quickly addressed by property management. We would love to stay here again next year!

Couples Golf Group

We are a group of friends who enjoyed to proximity to the golf courses, grocery store, liquor store and Costco. After a day of golf we like to have happy hour and cooking dinner for ourselves. We also went to the polo match on Sunday. The location was excellent for all we did.
