Family Golf Trip

We have been doing a Family Golf trip in palm springs area the last 12 years by far this Home has been Best one for our Group of 10! Plenty of Room great location! I would highly recommend!

First Cousins Reunion

Our party consisted of 80 year old, 70 years old and 60 year old first cousins who haven’t been together in years! Upon arrival everyone was impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the home and how inviting the pool was! The sunsets were magnificent! I heard no complaints about anything! Everyone loved the place! We loved the Old Town LaQuinta and enjoyed a recommended restaurant by your team, TQLAS it was delicious and accommodating as we had a crowd! Thank you for making our little reunion one for the books and we are looking forward to doing it again!

Beautiful spot for a family vacation

Loved our stay in this spacious home with a beautiful backyard and pool area. Stunning mountain views. Only issue was Avantstay folks took too long to respond each time we reached out. 12+ hours with a beeping smoke alarm was far too long.

Wish we stayed longer

The house was perfect for our family reunion. There was lots of room for the 12 of us and the location was beautiful with the golf course right in the backyard and the mountains in the background.

Holiday weekend

The home was great....we had ample space & bedrooms. The backyard view was beautiful and our grandkids enjoyed the pool/spa. At he last minute we requested an early check-in and AvantStay was able to accommodate.

Pool party

We enjoyed every min with friends and family in the pool from sun up to sun down. Clean spacious house with a few minor issues that were quickly addressed by property management. We would love to stay here again next year!

Roomy, fun house

This is a roomy house with fun things to do - pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, ping pong. It seems to be geared toward a younger group that mostly wants a large house convenient to the music festivals in Coachella.

Couples Golf Group

We are a group of friends who enjoyed to proximity to the golf courses, grocery store, liquor store and Costco. After a day of golf we like to have happy hour and cooking dinner for ourselves. We also went to the polo match on Sunday. The location was excellent for all we did.

Great quiet getaway

It’s a large home with many rooms all have bathrooms. Great family vacation spot. The only downside is that the pool is a bit small but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Management is very quick at responding. Thank you!

Family Vacation

The home is a wonderful venue for a multi-family vacation! Spacious, yet private, with a common area large enough to accommodate 12. The outdoor area provided hours of entertainment and game playing with the pool, hot tub and outdoor seating/tv. I would definitely rent it again.

PGA West Rental

Very nice large residence in a quiet area. Well equipped kitchen. Nice patio and pool. Wi-fi didn't work and home could use some updating but overall, a good place to stay.

Even Better Than the Photos

Amazing above and beyond service from the management company-incredible! House is so much better in person - photos don’t do it justice! Beautiful view, massive master, beds for 12 plus 2 rollaways and an air mattress if needed, shuffleboard and ping pong tabke were a fun surprise. Loved it!

Perfect location

This is a wonderful place to stay for a large group. The mountain/ golf course view is gorgeous and the backyard is a perfect set up- lot of shade, sun for those who want it, so much space to relax and eat, and the entire house is spacious and clean. The only thing not great was the cleaning crew was just leaving at 5:05pm when we got there - If we had come at 4pm expecting to get in that would have been frustrating. Overall a 10 and we would book again 👍🏻

Relaxing in the sun

Terrific place to stay! We had trouble getting into the casita and getting the hot tub to get hot - Avant sent out a gentleman to fix the hot tub in which it heated up in 30 mins after showing us a missing step that was not mentioned. Much needed for an evening of relaxing. Had plenty of towels and shower necessities. Only thing I would bring are some spices - there were only a couple to choose from so I picked some up from the store the next time we went. Beds were all so soft and comfy!

Huge house with great amenities

Overall this was a wonderful house for two families on spring break! It was clean and kitchen was one of the best rental set ups I’ve ever seen - so many dishes, pans, silverware, utensils- very easy to cook for a crowd! Yard and pool were awesome and the house layout easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 elementary kids. Ping pong table and shuffle board were super fun to have and neighborhood is great for walks. Our only complaints were being blindsided by astronomical cost for heating the pool during our stay - we really had no choice as the pool was a major factor in why we rented the house, so we paid the fee and it was a great temperature, but the way in which we learned the pool would not be heated during the check in process was disappointing and a bit of gut punch in terms of the extra cost of an already very expensive rental. The property management company did a good job with communication, but when I tried to use the service they kept pushing for the local guides/ concierge type service if we needed something, I never got a response. It would have been nice to know when landscapers and pool guy were coming during the stay as people just randomly showed up in the yard - a little disconcerting when you have little kids around.

Needs better management

TV on back patio didn’t work. Several lamp no light bulbs. Two bathrooms had lights inop. No lights in laundry room. Had to use a flashlight. Microwave not mounted in cabinet. It needed two people to operate it. One to hold in place and one to operate buttons. Kitchen faucet sprayed water from base. Trash piled along side of house. Unable to talk with property manager. Email only. No timely communication.
