Thank you so much for leaving a review of our home. I am sorry you felt that the communication was poor, however, I did agree to let you come early to get ready for your rehearsal dinner. Not sure how that was poor communication. The wifi was working fine all weekend. I didn't have any complaints about that. We have someone who lives in the apartment next door who has a right to display his signs. He also sets out GA bulldawgs signs as well. We have never had issues with anyone over this ever. That to me is not inappropriate at all as it doesn't reflect your opinion or team since you are the guest there for a few days. As far as parking, that neighborhood has limited parking and that is a known situation. I hope you guys managed to have a good time and a good wedding. Good luck to the bride and groom. This is really the first I am hearing of any problems. If you would have let me know the first day you arrived, I would have been more than willing to send my cleaner back out to make things right for you. I was completely unaware until I read this. I would have loved to help make it right for you. I hope you all appreciated the flowers for your daughter's graduation. I hope you all had a great time celebrating her great accomplishments. I assure you my cleaner takes pride in the cleaning she does. She had worked days prior to your arrival. It is just a little concerning to me that you have just addressed these issues publicly and waited until you got back home before letting me know. I appreciate the feedback but would have loved to have known the day you arrived. I had no problem letting you guys in way early and tried hard to accommodate you with the best way I could. First of all, congratulations again on your son/daughter graduation from college. What a major milestone. I hope your elderly father was able to get around well and enjoy his time there as well. I am truly sorry that you experienced such a bad time. We had fixed the door handle but I assume it came off again. These appliances just have a way of messing up with the wear and tear of many guests in and out. I apologized that the handle was off when you arrived. I will address the roaches on the counter with my cleaner as well as the food in the fridge and toiletries in the bathrooms. Some of that may have been from some family that stay at times. However, It will be taken care of. This house is located right close to a college town division 1 sec football stadium , so it does have a feel of Georgia bulldogs college life. We do have tailgate parties there in the fall. Our guests absolutely love it. But it is also a nice place for families to gather and enjoy themselves. Many families have come and have stayed and enjoyed the house and atmosphere. I guess every family has different opinions of family friendly. The twin bedroom does have a door, so if someone was using the toilet or shower, it would be private. There are three other bathrooms that are available for use. Most people think it is pretty random and cool. I am sorry that you found it not to your liking. I am disappointed it wasn't a good fit for you, I hope that your future stays wherever you go are a better fit for your family. This is our first year having this house on a rental program such as VRBO. We do have family that use to live at this property and stay there from time to time before we began to rent it out. We had a niece graduating that weekend and sadly the brother failed to communicate with us about the property for that weekend. I did respond back within hours to the guests to see what was going on and jumped on it immediately to find out who came that late with keys. i made all the necessary phone calls and made sure it was a safe situation which it was. It boiled down to no communication between famiy and that has been resolved. This won't happen again as family has been contacted that this house is a rental house and it must be scheduled. I am truly sorry this happened. I have a few email responses from you saying how you enjoyed your stay and had a great time. I am sorry you have changed your mind about that. I was never told that the sofa beds didn't have linens provided. We have bought plenty and they are there for guests to use as needed. All sinks are working and in good condition. We have had several use this house over the summer and had a great time and no surprise visitors. No reason at all to be scared or nervous. to stay at our wonderful Dawg House. It has brought many wonderful memories for many people. We try our best to make sure our guests have a great experience. The emails I received from this guests indicated everything was fine and was enjoyable except the surprise visit. And again, I handled that as quickly as I could. within hours of being contacted. I will be glad to talk to anyone that would love to stay at our home and experience Georgia Bulldogs Atmosphere! It is a great place to stay and make wonderful memories!
