Great location

House was fantastic, great outdoor dining/living space, private master bedroom area. Rented a golf cart, perfect for short trips around Jolly Harbour etc. At least 10 great beaches within a 15 minute drive. Whole family loved the vacation.

Spring Getaway

Great location right on the water, beautiful home with plenty of space! Natalie was a fantastic host! Antiqua has some of the most beautiful scenery we've ever seen. Thank you for the wonderful family memories!

Great Vacation spot in Antigua

We recently stayed at this spacious Villa with another couple for 10 days, and it was a great experience. The home was spotless when we arrived and the property management team was excellent at following up with questions. Mid-week it was cleaned and linens and towels were laundered. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location. Enjoyable stay.

Great communication and we have a lovely stay in Jolly Harbour. Excellent AC and good size bedrooms. Everything you need for self-catering was supplied. Only downside was the fact there were no insect screens on the doors so could not leave them open at all day or night as the flies and mosquito's came in. Jolly beach only 4-5 mins walk away which was fantastic.

Amazing Stay!

We stayed at Natalie’s property for a week and enjoyed every second of our stay! There were six of us total and we had plenty of space. The location is perfect - with a great beach a couple minutes down the road, lots of great restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store with everything we needed. The locals were all lovely and extremely helpful. We would absolutely recommend staying here as this home truly enhanced our week on the beautiful island!

Beautiful villa on the marina in Jolly Harbour

We were a group of 4 adults and 1 child that stayed at the villa for a week in August. The property was well kept and it contained all of the amenities required for a vacation rental. We hosted a BBQ and there was ample room to accommodate our family (the deck is HUGE!). It's also walking distance to the beach so there's really no need to venture far from the villa. Any concerns or questions we had onsite were quickly remediated by Loura and Carissa. Natalie was great throughout the entire process. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Villa & Location

We stayed at the villa in April 2025! Best part of this villa for us was the terrace, we sat at it every day for meals and to relax. We were visited by various birds, lizards and even saw turtles and jelly fish beside the deck. The BBQ and other outdoor areas were also lovely, we had our 2 year old daughter with us and gave us peace of mind that the whole deck area is fully enclosed off to the water so she had no access to it. Inside the rooms were well decorated, clean, spacious and airy. Kitchen was well stocked, however the oven was difficult to use - could use some instructions. The toasters were not working properly, we reported this to the agency who checked us in and it was replaced with a new one promptly. It’s a shame there is so much building work happening in Jolly Harbour at the moment but we still loved the location as it is so close to Jolly beach and Sandra’s beach bar. Would definitely recommend this villa and will stay here again in future.

Great management

We (family of four including 2 young men, ages 17 and 20) stayed at this property for 14 days and had a great vacation. The comments and description are accurate and we enjoyed the spacious interior so everyone could have their own space. The highlight of the stay were Carissa and Loura, the property management duo. They were responsive and informative. They helped to coordinate all the details, so there were no hiccups in the pick from the airport, securing a vehicle for our stay, or the check in/out process. They are professional, competent, and we feel like we made some great friends to visit upon our return.

We had a fantastic time in Jolly Harbour!

We'd planned a week-long stay at this lovely property in Jolly Harbour, and it was perfect for our family of four plus grandma--each of us (as pairs) had a comfortable room with an en suite bathroom. There was A/C at night when the bugs came out, a large kitchen when we decided to cook instead of heading to some of several tasty restaurants within easy walking distance. We hung out at the pool 5 minutes walk away, time at the beach 5 min walk away, rented a car for a few days (recommended, as taxis are very expensive) and relaxed in the house or on the porch overlooking the marina. We spent several days scuba diving as well (Antigua Scuba School was great). This rental really lived up to the photos--highly recommended! And the caretakers were very responsive and helpful.

Need updating

Greetings, The unit is located in a perfect spot, great view and excellent neighborhood. The unit need some serious updating. The front door and patio door sticks, tub in double beds room rusted, patio furniture is molded and torn, had electrician come in to fix fan in our room. Felicia and Loura was great and accommodating, kudos to them. I have pictures that I would have like to upload to this review.

Great Location, Walking distance to Jolly Beach

I greatly appreciated the customer service of the property management team. They were easy to get a hold of and responded timely. Definitely A++ (thank you). Great location to walk to several restaurants and dining options, and purchase groceries. The only negative feedback is due to the condition of the property. It is in need of improvements (excessive scratches on walls, on a few walks it looked like someone's child put finger prints on the wall with red juice or something red). The floors were not mopped and had excessive sand/dirt and dirty marks/spots in several areas. My guess is the team did not have enough time to do a thorough job cleaning in between guests. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing villa, perfect location! Highly, highly recommend!

The villa is amazing and very large, very well appointed with all amenities and wonderful outdoor space and the absolute best location. We really enjoyed the outdoor covered patio and inter coastal waterway views. Everything from appliances, kitchen, beds, linens, electrical, wifi, bathrooms and plumbing are all at North American standards. The villa is super clean and very private, as it is a single standalone home on a street with similar. Vegetation provides 100% privacy from side neighbours. Inter-coastal is fairly wide, so though you can see townhome villas across the water they are far enough away it offers good privacy and quiet. We walked all over Jolly Harbour and this villa is in the ultimate perfect location, 10 minute walk at most to beach, restaurants, grocery store, pool, tennis, squash courts, which are all in great shape. There is also a golf course and gym, we didn’t see the gym, golf course we walked in area, looks like it needs some attention, probably hard to maintain in the climate. The Jolly Harbour gated community has the added benefit of a separate water system and generator backup for electric. We heard outside this area water can be sporadic and electricity goes out often, it did at the unit but within seconds the area generator kicks in. Things good to know, bring a flashlight and flat shoes, there are no sidewalks and some partial lightning on roads and boardwalk near restaurants. Electrical in this villa is both North American and UK outlets. Bring an umbrella as it did rain in quick showers some days. Overall amazing and if return to Antigua will definitely rebook here.

Lots of space and a great location

A great base to enjoy Antigua. Great views and near the action and the beaches. Lots of bathrooms and good air con. Nice to have a big fridge freezer. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A lovely home that easily accommodated our family. Owner and management team were wonderful and always available to answer questions and help whenever we needed them. Beautiful location with easy access to beaches and restaurants.

Great Accommodations, Great Location

Staff was excellent and responsive. Location was within easy walking distance of beach, good restaurants and grocery. Property itself couldn't have been better. Availability of dock with shore power was useful for our friends with their boat who came by to take us sailing and meet us for dinner. Minor issue: Outdoor grill was in poor shape and could use replacement, but we were able to use it. All in all our group of 6 had a wonderful time and all agreed the property was great. Thanks to the two reps from the management company who greeted us and checked us out. Both were very professional.

Beautiful home, perfect location

We stayed for 10 days at this elegant 3 bedroom home. Key features of the property are the expansive 2 tier deck on the water complete with sun loungers dining table which made for wonderful mornings and evenings with the family. The bedroom are stylishly decorated. The master suite is upstairs with its own small balcony, comfortable king bed and en-suite with double sinks and large walk-in showers. The other 2 bedrooms both with en-suite a are downstairs - 1 has 2 twin beds and the other has a nice queen with its own balcony onto the deck. The open plan living area has a well equipped kitchen and dining room with comfy living room. It’s in a very safe area 2 min walk to the beach. Natalie and the mgmt company were all very helpful and responsive. We come to Antigua twice a year with family and hope to book this place the next stay if it’s available. Highly recommend.

Great house in a great location

We were a group of 5 adults who stayed at The Grange for a week in March. We all loved the house and the location. The Grange is spacious and well equipped, located within a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach is a five minute walk, as are the closest bars and restaurants. Walk a little further and there are a selection of decent bars and restaurants around Jolly Harbour Marina. However, given the idyllic setting we would recommend making use of the barbeque and eating in at least once. Would we go back, most definitely!

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus befindet sich an bester Lage.Wunderschöner Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Nähe und es ist sehr ruhig. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Betreuung vor Ort. Preis Leistung stimmt absolut. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
