We're truly glad you found the place pleasant and comfortable overall. ​We want to sincerely apologize for the huge inconvenience caused by the air conditioner failure in the bedroom, especially with temperatures reaching 90^\circ F! We completely understand how this must have impacted your stay. ​We wanted to clarify that the issue wasn't a simple gas refill as is sometimes the case. Instead, we had to proceed with the complete replacement of the entire air conditioning unit because there was a more serious, unfixable technical fault. Ordering the new unit and scheduling the technician took longer than anticipated, which is why we, unfortunately, couldn't restore service before your departure. ​We are truly sorry that we weren't able to resolve the problem in time. We hope that despite this setback, you'll give us another chance in the future to show you the full quality of our service. ​Best regards,

Unfortunatly also if is suggestive period with Christmas decoration especially in Vatican square is the coldest period in İtaly. You are right our must is the evergreen terrace how permit to enjoy dinner and breakfast outdoor how is unusual in big city. Hi my dear you are right infact I'm in perfect form, thanks to steps Sorry if I was sure were 70 steps ... good it's mean not hard job for me :-) For heavy luggage I'm sure you can get some help from the people of staaf, is't it? Any way I hope the hard work has rewarded ... we use to say in Italy.
