We completely understand how this must have impacted your stay. ​We wanted to clarify that the issue wasn't a simple gas refill as is sometimes the case. Instead, we had to proceed with the complete replacement of the entire air conditioning unit because there was a more serious, unfixable technical fault. Ordering the new unit and scheduling the technician took longer than anticipated, which is why we, unfortunately, couldn't restore service before your departure. ​We are truly sorry that we weren't able to resolve the problem in time. Unfortunatly also if is suggestive period with Christmas decoration especially in Vatican square is the coldest period in İtaly. You are right our must is the evergreen terrace how permit to enjoy dinner and breakfast outdoor how is unusual in big city. Dear guests, thank you for appreciating my property that, although an elegant and slightly dated lady, still manages to welcome guests with warmth and familiarity. I hope with all my heart to have you again as grateful guests in my apartment.

Dear Guest, I am very sorry that I was unable to communicate in time to resolve the reasons for resentment. In fact, all the information is in the traveler welcome booklet that VRBO automatically sends 3 days before your arrival with all the necessary information. However, one day before your arrival, I personally sent myself all the information because you said you had not received it. Thank you anyway for appreciating the apartment and the furnishings. The second room is generally for children with a sliding door that perhaps you did not notice. The sofa bed in the living room being an extra, we generally do not suggest opening it as a double bed so as not to block the passage but I am sorry if we did not understand each other and certainly it could have been used for a single person. In the bedroom plus the bedroom there are already 4 beds but nothing prevented you from also using the one in the living room even without opening it. Being an electrical system for domestic use, you risk having downtime if you use everything in overload. I understand the great heat in Rome in the middle of August, but it could have been organized to alternate the air conditioners while using the oven. the tourist tax is mandatory in all cities in Italy and in the announcement it is made clear that it must be paid directly to the property. I hope that you will have the opportunity to reread the information on the site so as to reassure your guests. We will take care of making it even more evident.
