Well designed and furnished, this 2-story beach house is recently updated and one house away from beachfront / ocean views just less than few seconds away from private Crystal Beach and complimentary daily beach service includes chairs and umbrella (Mar 1st to Oct 31st). Amenities include professional ice maker and wet bar on 1st floor. Open concept living, dining and kitchen areas on the 2nd floor welcome Gulf views from its wall of windows and balcony. Updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, an island with plenty of workspace, and a breakfast bar. Master suite offers double vanities and a large walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms and morning kitchen are found on 1st floor. Centrally located within minutes of town's major shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets. Enjoy spectacular panoramic beachfront views from 2nd floor balcony, great room, and master bedroom. All rooms professionally decorated with high end furnishings. Brand new spacious deck, complete with patio furniture and bbq grill.

Everything about our stay at this VRBO was a 10/10! Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, beach is steps away, house is clean and the a/c in the house works great! House location is close to Destin Commons which was an extra bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect and the house met our needs very well! Beautiful ocean views and we even got to watch the dolphins playing from our balcony the morning we were leaving! You will not be disappointed with staying here!

Host was wonderful and very responsive to work with. Overall it was good cozy space. Quiet and close to the beach. Private beach was quiet and not overcrowded. Could stand to have some deep cleaning (thick layer of dust on blinds and stained furniture for example.) Value for space was great. Including parking spaces was nice. Balcony ocean beach view was great to have.

Great Stay!

Book this, you will not be disappointed! Very accommodating host, easy short walk to beach and clean comfortable home. We especially loved the included beach service which was 2 chairs and an umbrella.

This house was perfect for our trip. We loved being able to go back to the house for lunch because of how close it was to the beach. The front row beach service was amazing. We didn’t have to get up early to reserve a spot on the beach. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place!
