Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, tolle Lage in Agaete und fantastischer Blick von den Balkonen

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet: ankommen und wohlfühlen. Besonders haben wir die beiden Balkone genossen mit dem fantastischer Blick. Im Ort war alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch in den Hafen und zum Meer geht man 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß.Wir haben auch 3 sehr schöne Wanderungen direkt von der Haustür aus unternommen.

Top of the Town

The apartment and the views are incredible and the town and harbour are lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. From the balconies you can look down on the town, across to the hills and also see the sea. The only slight negative was the floors could have been cleaner. I would definitely recommend.

Wir haben unseren 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt in Agaete und in Pias Wohnung sehr genossen. Wenn man in Kauf nimmt, nicht direkt am Strand zu wohnen, dafür aber auch nicht in einer reinen Feriensiedlung, sondern lieber im Umfeld der 'normalen Bevölkerung' untergebracht ist, ist diese Wohnung genau richtig. Pia hat uns stets in allen Belangen hervorragend unterstützt.

Live among the locals

This apartment has everything you need, also for longer stays. Fantastic location in the center of the small town. The view from the two balconies is superb. You have to take into account the permanent residents in the other apartments - something that came naturally. Communication with the owner and her local representative was good. Recommend seeking out the swimming facility north of hotel Occidental Roca Negra.

Wir waren mit diesem Appartment von der Lage Ausstattung und Raumaufteilung sehr zufrieden. Es ist in einem kanarischen Wohnhaus, und man bekommt natürlich auch den Lärm von den Nachbarn mit, aber das war für uns auch ok

Herrliche Ausblicke

Ein Blick beim Frühstück von der Terrasse auf die Berge im Hintergrund, auf das Dächermeer von Agaete und auf das wahre Meer am Horizont das ist Urlaub. Wer es mag eingebettet zu sein in das wirkliche kanarische Leben in einer Kleinstadt, der ist hier richtig.

Stunning views of sea and mountains

A perfect week with perfect weather. We walked to Las Salinas almost daily to swim. Great hikes from San Pedro. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony. Hosts were very helpful

Großartige Ferienwohnung in Agaete!

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Sie liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt, hat einen fantastischen Ausblick und ist sehr komfortabel! Das Meer ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Berge vor der Haustür! Pia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns persönlich in Empfang nahm. Es gibt viele nützliche Hinweise, Kartenmaterial und Reiseführer über Gran Canaria und Agaete mit Umgebung in der Wohnung. Wir können die Wohnung und dies Gastgeber nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!! Volveré a pasar mis vacaciones en esta casa......

La casa está muy bien situada, en el mismo pueblo, con vistas panorámicas al mismo, incluso podemos ver el mar. Cuando llegamos estaba todo muy limpio y muy bien organizado, no falta de nada. La vecindad es muy tranquila, la gente son amables. La casa me encanta, y sentarte en la terraza con las vistas que tiene es todo un placer. Agaete en un pueblo muy tranquilo, hay sol casi siempre, la temperatura siempre supera en verano los 25 grados de día. Sus playas, sus vistas y la gastronomía en los restaurantes de la zona son de obligado cumplimiento, no pueden de dejar de probar un buen pescado fresco frito con papas arrugadas y mojo verde como ejemplo. Pía, propietaria de la casa es muy amable siempre he estado en contacto con ella, y la persona que se encarga del mantenimiento de la casa, Jose, es muy amable y una buena persona. Recomiendo esta casa y visitar el pueblo y los alrededores, todo aque que visite Aagete, repite y vuelve.

Lovely apartment in a Spanish village, Agaete

This apartment in Agaete is very nice and clean and have a wonderful terrass with a view over the Valle de Agaete, Puerto des Las Nives and the Atlantic see. If you don´t want to rent a car there is public transport buses who we find very good to make excursion with or you can take a taxi from the church in Agaete. We can recommende a trip with the small bus to the top of Valle de Agate then you can walk down surrounded by orange trees. Fantastic! We have visit Casa Carmen two times and we see forward to come back. Sven and Ulrika from Stockholm, Sweden.

spacious apartment in pretty town setting

The apartment is spacious and located in an older building within the very pretty town of Agaete. Pictures of the apartment are accurate. Apartment is well equipped and has great views over the mountains, town and ocean. Check-in worked smoothly. The streets in Agaete are narrow, so either you are comfortable with squeezing into tight spaces, or park at bottom of town. Apartment is quiet in a residential area. Local Bar in town is a 2 minute walk away. Restaurants are at the port, which is a good 20 min walk further away. Agaete verges on the more remote areas of Gran Canaria with loads of visitors at the weekend. Good access to some great hiking routes and great views. Am happy to recommend the apartment.

Wonderful week!

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely, homely apartment. Great views from the balconies looking over the town and out to Tenerife. The apartment is spacious with everything you could want. Agaete is a lovely small typical town, a peaceful base to explore the island. Don't miss the botanic gardens in the town! A car is essential.

Home from home!

We found this apartment spacious and well equipped. The owners had lovingly restored it and it felt home from home. The two balconies are south facing and add great outdoor living space, from which we watched the ferry come and go and the local life of Agaete. The harbour is within an easy walk where there are a number of restaurants. A car is essential to explore the beautiful island of Gran Canaria.

wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful week in this lovely spacious apartment in one of the nicest places on Gran Canaria. The apartment was like a home from home, with wonderful views and the town of Agaete is a welcome difference from the resorts on much of the island. The beach is lovely for swimming, the valley great for walking, had a fantastic time, thank you!

We love Agaete because it's a typical village of the Canary islands. Its white houses illuminated by the sun give off a very intense and unique light. You can still experience simple village life in its small squares , which are untouched by influence of the touristic centers in the South. The people are friendly and generous and have always made us feel welcome in their village.
