Mahalo for your review we are so pleased you enjoyed a comfortable stay in this conveniently located home, with a responsive team and beach nearby. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Mahalo for sharing your feedback. This home is rated Deluxe, meaning it has not been renovated within the last 10 years, but we do take pride in maintaining cleanliness and comfort for our guests. We’re very sorry that your experience did not meet these expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Had you reported these items prior to your departure we may have been able to remedy some of these and ensure you had a comfortable stay. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve issued a $200 credit to the card on file on your day of departure. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon under better circumstances.

Mahalo.

Mahalo Amy for your five-star review. We are so happy that you enjoyed the location of this home and that everyone in your group was comfortable during your stay. We cannot wait to host everyone again soon.

Mahalo Rochelle for your 5-star review and positive feedback. Glad the home exceeded your expectations and you were able to enjoy all Hawaii has to offer. We can't wait to welcome you and your family back.

Mahalo Caroline. Sounds like you really got to enjoy Kauai and the house (even though Mr. needed to work). We are sorry about the AC in the den and we really appreciate your patience and understanding while we fixed it. Aloha and we look forward to hosting you again soon.

Mahalo for your review and feedback. Thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and that the home, neighborhood trails, and nearby beaches made for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate you’re understanding about the A/C issue and are glad our team could resolve it quickly so you stayed comfortable. Wonderful to know your family made good use of the backyard, kitchen, and access to the athletic club — it sounds like you made the most of everything the area has to offer. Hope to welcome you back soon.

Mahalo Donnie for your review and feedback. We are sorry that you experienced these items during your vacation. I see we reached out to you several times to check in to see if everything was okay. You didn't reply to our messages. We would have come to address these items during your stay. Next time, please let us know if something doesn't seem right so we can help. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

Mahalo Melissa for feedback on the property. Your input helps us improve. The sofas were recently replaced and this property is scheduled to be photographed so that we can update the listing images. The carpets were professionally cleaned in November. Some stains did not lift out. We contacted the owner and will meet to discuss replacement options soon. Both the dryer and stove run on propane, which ran out mid-stay. The gas company is short-staffed and came as soon as they were able to refill the tanks. The two burners that worked likely ran off residual gas in the line. Lastly, we made a mistake when we advised about the street parking and we are so sorry that we accidently misinformed you. While it’s important to understand that issues sometimes arise, we are sorry that all these things occurred during your stay. Please know all of these items have been or will be addressed, like the photographs and the carpeting. We hope we can host your ohana in the future. Mahalo.

Aloha Doro. Mahalo for taking the time to share your comments. On the fourth bedroom, we clearly state it is "semi-private (open to next room)" in the description. We apologize for any confusion. On the beach locations, we provide a map so our description can be interpreted correctly as we know "short" to one person is not the same for another. Again, we apologize for any confusion. Our office is open seven days a week and actually, very few of our arrivals are at night. We are sorry you had a problem finding our office. We made a conscious decision not to use lock boxes as they are impersonal and most guests like to be greeted by someone in person. We do offer our Elite homes where you can be greeted the home which may be an option for you. Lastly, we have been working with the owner to upgrade the exact furniture you mention. I am just sorry we did not have it in time for your stay. In the end, it sounds like you had a wonderful time and glad Kauai delivered a "magical" stay for you. Mahalo.
