These units are usually a great choice for guests looking for a good balance of value and comfort. That said the carpet is regularly deep cleaned, however we will be sure to schedule another deep cleaning and work on the kitchen as well. We are sorry this was your experience. Aloha William. We understand that setting the proper expectations of the properties is incredibly important to your stay. This is why we are always very thorough when photographing and listing our units. The photos we show are an accurate depiction of the condo, and while it is not new or updated, it is clean and well-maintained. These. island casual units are a great value for those traveling on a budget. We also noticed that during your stay, you only contacted us to get new batteries for the TV remote, and no other issues. We are surprised by your three-star rating, considering everything is exactly as photographed. For your next visit, may we suggest booking a Premier or Premier-plus rated unit, which will be more updated and to your liking.
