Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are glad that you had a great time at our house and you are more than welcome to return. I know exactly where you were sitting watching the sun come up, I like to do that too. The amazing views are one of the main reasons that we chose the house. Glad that you liked our beds, they are new ones that we bought in May. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Best Regards Margaret

Dear Andrew Thank you for your review. We are glad that you have said that our house and location are beautiful, we think so too. We are sorry that you left us such a low score and wish that you had contacted us whilst you were staying in our house to say that you were experiencing a problem with the air conditioning. If it had not been for the fact that I contacted you on your last day to wish you a safe onward journey, I would have had no idea that you had experienced a problem with it. When I received your message , I contacted the air con engineer and our property manager and they both went to our house. The system , including the handsets were checked and there were no problems found. I feel that you have not selected a high enough temperature for winter use. Our property managers are very responsive and would have come to rectify the problem, if there had been one. Best Regards Margaret

Hi John, it was lovely to have both of you to stay in our house and you are more than welcome to return. Thank you for your lovely comments about our house, I am hoping to enjoy the views myself next week and I will be sure to let Maria know that she is a superstar! Best Regards Margaret

I am glad that our house worked well for you and for the activities and day trips that you had planned. We have explored many of the Andalucían cities from our house in Árchez including Malaga, Sevilla, Córdoba, Cádiz, Jerez and Granada. Thank you for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to have you to stay and you are more than welcome to return in the future. I am glad that you had a great time and I saw that your weather was great too. It is good to have restaurants etc nearby, it was a priority for us when we were looking for somewhere to buy. Malaga Central Government were just building the new road from the coast when we bought La Casa de Flores 19 years ago. There used to be a lot of potholes etc. before then and they have maintained it well. Best Regards Margaret

Hi Michael, it was great to have both of you stay at our house, you are more than welcome to return at any time. We arrived in Árchez not long after you left and we are enjoying the peace, quiet and views after travelling here from Cadiz. The UK TV channels are popular with our guests and we are having a new SMART tv delivered tomorrow so that guests can keep up their netflix etc viewing whilst they are in Spain

It was great to finally have you both stay at our house. Despite a 2 year pandemic occurring between you making your original booking and 2 changes of date, we are glad that you found it to be worth the wait. You have been great guests and we would love to have you back in the future. Best Regards Margaret

Dear Mette Thank you for your review, it is very much appreciated! I am glad that you and your family had a great holiday at our house. It has been a pleasure to have you to stay and you are more than welcome to return at any time. Best Regards Margaret

Thank you for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to have both of you to stay in our house for a month. You are more than welcome to return at any time. We have had quite an increase in the number of autumn and winter guests staying for 4-8 weeks. Particularly those who live in countries that are very cold in the winter. It is the perfect weather for walking and there is a local walking group that visitors are welcome to join. My favourite beach in the area is at Torre del Mar and they have a good weekly market there too I am glad that you enjoyed the local restaurants, so much better value that higher priced restaurants on the coast

Thank you for your lovely comments Roy, it was great to have you back for a 3rd visit and we hope to see you again in the future. I like to change things in the house for our guests who visit us regularly, it is nice that people notice. Best Regards Margaret

Hi Deborah Thank you for your lovely review. It was lovely to have both of you stay in our house and you are more than welcome to return at any time. We have had some lovely comments made about La Casa de Flores in the past but the holy grail is a definite first😊 It did feel like the holy grail to us when we were looking for a house to buy. After viewing 17 houses in 3 days with 4 different estate agents and none of the other 16 entirely meeting our wish list, La Casa de Flores was the last house that we viewed and ticked all of the boxes. Glad that you enjoyed it too. Best regards Margaret

Thank you for reviewing our holiday home. I am glad that you both had a great time at our house and enjoyed some lovely weather. Best Regards Margaret

Dear Mark Thank you for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to have both of you to stay in our house. You are more than welcome to return at any time in the future. I am looking forward to travelling to Árchez next week to enjoy some autumn sunshine. Best Regards Margaret

Dear Eric Thank you for your lovely comments about our house. It was a pleasure to have you to stay and you are more than welcome to return. September is one of our favourite months to visit Árchez when it is definitely summer but the temperature is usually at least a little under 30 degree. Best Regards Margaret

Dear John Thank you for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to have you both stay at our house and you are more than welcome to return.Thank you for your lovely comments about our house and garden, we have a great team who look after it for us. I know that you were not intending to go out much in your car as, like me ,you were taking plenty of books to read in the sun. Many of our guests come without a car and either have airport transfers from Maria or take the bus from Malaga Bus Station depending on their flight times. I go to Árchez ,on my own , every winter and I never book a car. I use the local restaurants and local supermarkets and if I want to walk along the beautiful promenade at Torre del Mar, I walk up to Canillas de Albaida and take the bus. We have driven a lot in the English Lake District, Guernsey and the Scottish Highlands and find the roads to be very similar to rural Spain. Best Regards Margaret

Dear Liselore Thank you for your lovely review! It was a pleasure to have you both stay at our house, you were the perfect guests and we look forward to having you to stay again. I am glad that you enjoyed some Spanish sunshine and also our local restaurants. We are all for encouraging romance 😊 several moonlit marriage proposals have been made and accepted on our terrace with 2 couples returning for their honeymoons 💕 Best Regards Margaret

Thank you for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to have you both stay at our house and you are welcome to return at any time. I am in Archez at the moment and got my first live view of the chameleon yesterday afternoon when it came out for a spot of sunbathing on the wall. Jenny has sent me photos of it but it was nice to see it live. We hope to see you again soon. Best Regards Margaret
