Nach vielen Telefonaten, fast 4 Std. später den Wohnungsschlüssel erhalten, Tiefgaragen-Rolltor war nicht Inordnung, hatten das Auto auf der Straße stehen. Klimaanlage kaputt, Pool ein paar str.weiter Vermieter nicht zu empfehlen

Nice place but no working A/C

The apartment is very spacious and we liked the fact that it has 2 bathrooms with showers. It is also well located within Armação de Pêra with access to a private parking garage. The main issue we faced was that the air conditioning unit was defective and there was no cold air entering the apartment during what was very hot weather. This meant an indoor temperature of 28° or 29° which resulted in an unpleasant week for us. The owner was unable to have any repairs done during our stay. Air conditioning is a very important criteria for us; we would not have booked and paid the price we did to not have it. Other comments that did not otherwise impact our review score: Kitchen accessories in need of replacement. Towels & linens worn out / rough.

Dream holiday

We are a family of 5. We stayed in Armaçao de Pera in 2019 and fell in love with the place and surroundings. We found Tom's appartement and booked it for the entire holiday. Tom were easy to communicate with, and quick to give a response to any questions. He gave us all the needed information beforehand. The apartment was just like the pictures and the description. It was clean and very spacious. The neighbourhood was quiet and very nice. Very friendly neighbours as well. We truly enjoyed our 22 nights in Tom's holiday appartement. We enjoyed cooking some of our meals there and there was nothing missing. Thank you

Truly recommended

Excellent location, really close to bars and restaurants. There is also a beach close by, appartement is big you have enough space and clean, secure and modern. Great location . And the host was really friendly.

Few days of relax, highly recomend

I stayed few hours in the house per day, to be honest. But i used the bathrooms, kitchen and rooms and got very confortable. It was everything clean and higienic. In living room the TV (national & Satelite), free WIFI (that works fine), air conditioned, and the entire space with several couches and chairs were also very welcoming. The space suggests even a good evenning inviting friends for a BBQ (right connecting with kitchen and living rooms, and balcony) but i didn´t used because i spend most part of the time outside home, and i had all the meals out also, to take advantage of the holidays. But it was my choice, the house allows a calm and tasty meals and evennings also. I would like to thank TOM and his team for the kind welcoming and communication, and tell you all that i really rested. That was for me the best.

A very spacious apartment

The apartment was wonderful, everything you needed was there. 10 walk to a large supermarket and 5 mins from the beach. The weather during our stay was wonderful and as the apartment was North facing we had no direct sun, so it was always cool. We were very grateful for 2 Director Chairs and parasol, that we used for the beach. If going to this area, I would thoroughly recommend this apartment, as Tom Peach has done a great job

Just a normal family with a 2nd home in Portugal. We like to get away ourselves as often as possible, taking in the heat and sun of course but also pursuing our own interests, be it fishing, motor racing, golf, exploring the myriad of beautiful towns and villages dotted up and down the Algarve or day trips up into the Alentejo wine region just above the Algarve tasting some of the regions finest wines. This is our own holiday home and that's why we have put our hearts and souls into it, taking time to decorate and furnish it to our own tastes instead of taking the easy 'furniture pack' option favoured by investors. When you stay in our apartment you truly will enjoy that "home away from home" feeling, finding all the home comforts you'd enjoy back home.

We bought this property because it offered so many advantages and attractions nearby in a location we fell in love with. The beautiful town of Armacao de Pera still retains all its old world charm and character as a fishing village yet has grown and been modernised and benefits from a wonderful selection of shops and markets as well as having the essentials, supermarkets, banks etc nearby too. It is ideally situated just a few minutes drive from Albufeira with its great shopping and iconic nightlife 'strip', as well as the infamous Algarve Shopping. Being central to all the Algarves waterparks and our proximity to the newly built 'Autodromo' race track and the Algarves biggest and most ecologically friendly golf course means we get to enjoy the best of what the Algarve has to offer.
