We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this fantastic villa- it is very continently located to Tala and wider Paphos. Great facilities like a bbq, travel cot provided and great air-con. The mid stay clean was unexpected and very appreciated! Pictures don’t do it justice. We would 100% stay again, thank you!

This villa was perfect for our family of two adults and two children. It was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The pool is very clean and was cleaned several times a week. The place (Tala) is very quiet and beautiful. Ray was always available for us and super friendly. We thank him for his hospitality.

We have just come back from an amazing stay in Tala, made all the more special by our choice of accommodation. The villa is large, gorgeously decorated and furnished and has everything you need for your time away.As the house sits in the centre of the grounds, and as there are 4 or 5 different seat/table areas, no matter what the time of day you can enjoy the sun.The pool is spotless and having your own pool so close to the house was a game changer.Communication was amongst the best I have ever had, with offers of help for every step. We locked ourselves out of the safe and the management team sorted it for us and were ever so friendly.Tala itself was nice but ever so quiet, with some exceptional places to eat, the meze at Melitzia was superb, a multi course meal (all delicious) with wine and beer cost us the equivalent of 89 for 4 people! Cliff’s bar needs a mention just for the views (yes, we only realised it wasn’t named after 'cliff' when we arrived!).The local roads are very steep, but it is only a 10-minute stroll from the house to the centre. There is a relatively small but excellent minimarket just down the road, maybe 1km away, you could easily get everything you need for a couple of weeks away at this one place, plus it had a wine cellar underneath.A great holiday, would definitely recommend.

Home from home

From the moment you arrive you feel relaxed and at home. All creature comforts are there for you. Bring your body and let the sun do the rest. You can eat in as much as you want or avail yourself of the many bars and restaurants that will be only too happy to take the strain and give your partner a break too. Beautiful elevated position looking down on Paphos and Kissonegra. Approx 10 mins from the motorway will get you to most areas of Cyprus. Would suggest hire car is essential unless you wish to use taxis. The villa is everything you would wish for in a holiday retreat.

An excellent villa

We enjoyed ten days in this excellent villa mid/end September 2022. Our first impression was "wow, this is fantastic", from the spacious and spotless room layouts to the really practical seating and relaxing areas. Everything you could want to self cater is included, and Tala is a great base offering a selection of top notch restaurants within walking distance. We had a hire car, which I would recommend, and enjoyed hot sunny weather every day while exploring the island. Ray and his team were really helpful, responding immediately with any queries. Overall thoroughly recommended.

Great situ, lovely property, one to revisit

This is a beautiful, comfortable, spacious and well supplied property, immaculately cleaned and with such a friendly and helpful manager and pool-maintenance man, happy to take time to give you all the local tips and best places to visit. The pool is an excellent size, and warm enough without heating. It's in a great location for exploring the west coast and ideally situated to go further up to Polis or inland.

Booked for a family wedding and holiday with friends. Villa was spotless and the owner Ray and Hanna the caretaker were very accomadating and helpful. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and is well located to walk into Tala square or travel to Phafos by bus or taxi. Looking at booking again soon just to relax and enjoy.

Having retired a few years ago I purchased the villa so that my partner Joanne and I could spend some qualilty time in the sun. The villa was therefore furnished and fitted out for us.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I wanted to be near Paphos as I love the harbour area and old town. However I wanted to be away from the town and noisy parts but close enough to get to all the attractions quickly. Being in the hills Tala benefits from a breeze in the summer so the stiffling heat of the coast isn't a problem. The village had to be in walking distance and safe. Tala has lots of restaurants and a few shops so it isn't necessary to go to a supermarket for shopping all the time.
The villa is in a cul de sac and so is not going to have any passing traffic. It is also a very small community of villas and not a large development. All in all it was exactly what I was looking for.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The villa is quiet and yet close to Tala Square. The pool is peaceful and with good views.
It is handy for all the main areas we want to visit.
It is south facing and gets all the sun but also has shady parts to sit under the vines that we planted when we arrived. They do have grapes, many of them, but they always seem to have disappeared before I arrive there!
