This is a lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of space to enjoy inside and out. Off street covered parking. There is a flight of steps from the pavement to the villa so limited access for anyone with severe mobility problems. We had a lovely week spending time out and about and also round the pool and up on the sun terrace.

Im Inserat war das Haus für 8 Personen ausgelegt. Allerdings befinden sich nur 2 Einzel Betten und 2 Doppel Betten im Haus. Somit ist nur für 6 Personen Platz. Das sollte unbedingt geändert werden. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Töpfe in der Küche waren leider nicht zu gebrauchen, weil sie zum Teil rostig und beschädigt waren.

Hi, we stayed in this Villa for two weeks in July 2025 as we we're getting married nearby. The Villa is in a very affluent area and is one of the nicest areas in Cyprus. The Villa sits on a hillside and is about 25 minutes drive from downtown Paphos and 15 minutes from Coral Bay. The Villa is well equipped and in generally really good condition with great size rooms. We had a really relaxing time and the only minor points are that there are signs of ageing that are relatively minor such as panels coming loose, old pans, pool grout, aircon units etc but nothing that takes anything away from the overall condition of the property. We would fully recommend to anybody and the local restauraunts are amazing. You will need a car to access the apartment - but Kamares Village is well worth the drive and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely break in the sun

We had a lovely weeks stay. Property well appointed. Had a few minor issues like being able to locate the key safe in the dark on our late arrival. The downstairs bathroom the shower curtain came off the wall but able to fix it and the radiator is very rusty. Also the windows in the downstairs bedroom were locked and unable to find the key. Quite a few light bulbs need replacing in the lounge. Also water pressure was not good unless you went upstairs to press the switch. We did have a problem with the internet but Tandy managed to get it sorted for us. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and these are just niggly little minor issues. A car is a must because location is remote with stunning views but that didn't bother us as we went out most days, we found some lovely restaurants that were recommended.

Fantastic

Great villa set in a dazzling village. Ken and his team were fantastic and very accommodating. Firstly by letting us check in earlier then was originally expected. Also helped with any questions we had in regarding to the villa. Set in a picturesque village outside Paphos it was very tranquil and perfect to dip in and out of the business of Paphos. The villa is well kept well and perfect for our family and the pool was well kept for my daughters. It had everything we needed and more. Great experience and will come again in a heartbeat Thankyou.

Special location with superb views

The villa is in a nice quiet cul-de-sac of the desirable Kamares area. The pool is great and so welcome in the hot weather. The villa is fully equipped with everything that you could need. Tandy, the Property Manager, is very proactive and helps out with any issues. There is a lot of outside space so you can sit in the sun or the shade whenever you want.

Superb Villa

Great place to stay and pool was great too. You definately need a car to stay here. Sunset viewes are incredible. Place has everything you need. Highly recommended.

Peace for property

We stayed for a month in a lovely villa excellent views and the neighbours were so kind. You need a car that’s for sure but that way you see more of the island. The local shop is 5mins away in the car and stocks most of your needs. The swimming pool is well maintained. Overall a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Fantastic flexible villa for a family holiday

We had the villa for a month, and had multiple visitors, a family with children and adults. The villa is in a fantastic location with amazing views. It is laid out with bedrooms on the ground floor as well as upstairs, meant it was flexible for multi generational families. The outdoor space was roomy and well laid out with a barbecue and beautiful pool. The villa is not new and soon the bathrooms and kitchen will need an upgrade, but for a holiday villa it was amazing. Do note that there are no bars or tavernas within walking distance for children or older people. It’s not really near a village, and the nearby country club is not open in the evening. Highly recommended, with helpful host and on resort assistance.

Tala getaway

We stayed at the villa for 3 months…so longer than a usual holiday! We initially had a few things that took a little getting used to but Tandy the property manager was always available to sort everything out for us. I cannot sing her praises enough she was outstanding - without her the little issues we had would potentially have become problems - thank you Tandy. The villa is spacious and comfortable - although it could do with a few more kitchen items - better saucepans for one thing, important for us as our stay was lengthy. The location is hilly, you’ll need a car - but the height means the view is fantastic. A little cold for us to use the pool but it was maintained weekly. The neighbourhood is a very friendly cul-de-sac - many are permanent residents.

Zeker een aanrader

De woning was uitermate schoon, de locatie in een rustige woonwijk, geweldig uitzicht, in de woning alle wenselijke voorzieningen behalve een koffie apparaat. Veel privacy, 1 huis ernaast, die heeft wel zicht op het zwembad en een deel van het terras. Echter in dat huis was niemand aanwezig dus het heeft ons niet gestoord. Voldoende ruimte in het huis, de 2 badkamers zijn nogal klein. Alles was aanwezig in het huis. Zelfs luchtbedden en speelgoed voor in het water voor kinderen van alle leeftijden. Kortom, zeker een aanrader.

Villa in Tala, Paphos, Cyprus

The property was excellent and suited us perfectly. The booking process was faultless and the agent couldn't have been more helpful and altered our book without hesitation, due to a change in flights. The property managers were very helpful and great to deal with. The Pool was well maintained and was inspected twice a week and kept in excellent order. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Amazing holiday

If we could give 10 stars we would. We have been visiting Cyprus for several years but this is the most perfect property, clean, fresh, fully-equipped with a stunning location and views to the sea. Visiting with friends we had the most perfect layout for us, double bedroom with adjoining bathroom downstairs and same upstairs. Very quiet and peaceful when utilising the outside areas and cool and comfortable inside in the evenings. There is the added bonus of a covered garage which meant a cool car to climb into. Pool cleaned regularly and comfortably warm even in October when we visited, and the built-in barbecue was in a covered area with its own garden furniture. Overall a brilliant holiday was had by all. Many thanks to Ken for a seamless booking process and to Colin for his help on-site, especially when we has to disturb his evening after getting lost in the dark on arrival. Highly recommended,

Perfect Location!

Rustic villa, great location!. We were looking for a quiet break, in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, away from coast, with sea views. This villa was perfect, the pool and views fantastic. Car needed ideally to get around as we spent 1 day villa by pool, followed by 1 day out etc, plus restaurants.We tended to google map, everything from directions to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest etc and that worked well for us. All lovely! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your villa Ken!

Amazing

Well what to say apart from a truly amazing villa!! Everything you could possibly need for a dream holiday. Relaxing by the pool to watching the sunset and the beautiful views from the villa were truly wonderful!!! We had a fab 8 days there and would certainly return and recommend. Situated in a very peaceful village and ideal for exploring, although a car would definitely be needed. Can't say any more except thanks to Ken for letting us stay at his beautiful villa!!!!

Review

We stayed in this villa which is situated in hills of kamaras village. It has spectacular views and a lovely pool. When we were there it was extremely quiet there only appeared a very small number of other residents/other villas occupied. We visited kamaras club on a number of occasions which was good, food very good and has wiifi we even joined in their quiz one evening. The villa catered for our every need, very clean and nicely set out with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the ground. Very steep steps up to the villa however so not suitable for persons not able to climb. The owner was very helpful prior to our going, by email however directions to the villa were awful especially late at night!
