It was lovely to meet you both and were glad you enjoyed being on the river And of course our little puppy Ayaan. The temporary cover you asked us to place over the velux window isn't something that is normally there and was only places there at your request. We did explain it would mean you wouldn't be unable to open the window but you said you prefered total blackout. It was just unfortunate it also coincided with a Heat wave, where we experienced temperatures way above normal. We would have been very happy to have sorted another solution for the problem if you had asked. I just feel very sad that this made your experience with us less than perfect.
