I would highly recommend! We stayed for a week and the condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Parents, toddler, baby, and both Nanas. Would go again!

Condo was great the only downfall was the guest upstairs was up and walking extremely hard til 1:30-2:00 am made it hard to sleep without waking.

Once again this condo has served our family well. What a surprise to come in to newly updated kitchen and bathrooms!! Location is perfect as there’s not much traffic to impede crossing street to beach.

First family vacation

An excellent location for little kids. Lots of level sand and great exploring at the point. Beach not crowded but area easily accessible to eating and activities. Having the pool was a nice change from the constant sun and waves at the beach. We had a great time, even the hurricane Idalia/ storm was fun to watch. Thank you for the accommodations.

Overall a Really Nice Place to Stay!

Cherry Grove was new to our family of 8 this year but we had a great time and would come back again! Beach access across a low traffic road was surprisingly easy and not stressful if you have kids. The beach cart in the unit made it even easier! Only about a 1/4 mile beach walk to the inlet. The pool (3’-4.5’ deep) was an adequate size and never felt overcrowded. Most days we had it to ourselves! Washer/Dryer was very nice and kitchen was adequately equipped. Some minor cleaning issues didn’t keep us from having a terrific time and management acted promptly to correct. Thoughts are either housekeeping isn’t doing a thorough job or management has them turning over too many places without ample time to complete tasks such as cleaning under furniture (specifically the sofa bed), dusting & laundering bed spreads. Owner suggestion would be to upgrade the sofa bed mattress (memory foam topper recommended) as 2 adults could not sleep on this comfortably for a week due to springs and replace worn bed spreads that have stains and what looks like a cigarette hole in another despite the no smoking policy. There was a slight but noticeable smell of second hand smoke in queen bedroom #2 but wasn’t enough to bother our non-smoking family. Overall we would stay again as we feel this was probably one of the nicest and affordable places to stay a row back from the beach while still providing some beach views from the balcony. Thank you for a very memorable and relaxing time!

I absolutely love the cherry grove area. This was the perfect little place to stay. I do wish they had a hot tub but the pool was nice.

Property was very nice and clean!! If traveling alone or with spouse it’s a good fit. When you have a family and you have quiet hours you must be mindful. Otherwise everything was good.

Relaxing and Comfortable Condo

Property was as pictured. Everything was clean. Very comfortable and roomy layout. This condo is almost at the point at Cherry Grove. Our family very much enjoys this section because it is always quiet and less crowded. Elevator in this unit was a big plus and helped with handicapped access to upper floors. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great property

This was our first time staying in Cherry Grove and it was great! Easy access to the beach. Condo was clean and very nice. Although we could not figure out how to work the tv in the living room or the front bedroom. Also, there was no easy way to get our luggage up from the cars. Would recommend to add some kind of trolley to help carry groceries and luggage to and from the rooms

Be careful!

It says no pets are allowed, that’s a complete lie!! There was dog hair all over the pillows, our bedding and the sweeper had never been emptied!! I called Sea side and the lady was rude & said they can’t turn service dogs away or Maybe someone snuck a dog in. There was also a cockroach & they wouldn’t compensate us! For the price we paid, it was gross!! Never will stay here again

Great location!

The layout of this property is great. This 3 bedroom gives you an open space while enjoying family time, but has lots of privacy for each bedroom as the are spaced throughout the condo. It was great being able to walk across the street and onto the beach. We had a great time using the picnic tables and open area near the pool for meeting up with family and friends.

Great view

We loved everything about this rental from the view and easy access to the beach to the pool and overall layout of the condo. We will book this property again for our family vacation.
