We had an amazing holiday at this villa in Punta Montgo. Beautiful villa, wonderful location, stunning views, incredible pool. Five ladies on our annual holiday & villa jana was just perfect. Margarita was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for her. Her communication was swift & effective, she was polite & accommodating. I would definitely recommend this villa & the host Margarita. PERFECT HOLIDAY!

Sunny and relaxing

A spacious house with a gorgeous view. A caring host, nice facilities and near beach, restaurants, shopping and all in walking distance. We did indeed enjoy our vacation in Escala.

WONDERFUL HOLIDAYS

WELL LOCATED HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY: THE HEILIGHTES WERE THE VIEW OF THE SEA, THE POOL AND THE WONDERFUL SUNSETS THAT WE OFTEN ENJOYED SITTING AT THE POOL WITH A DELICIOUS GLASS OF RED WINE:We will definitely come back again.

Lovely well equipped villa

Lovely large villa plenty big enough for 6 adults. Wonderful location and views. Plenty of room around the pool and in the shade for relaxing. Easy access to beach and supermarket with some lovely restaurants and bars. Use of car is an advantage to access larger supermarkets where you can buy fish and meat to bbq at the villa. Margarita was very helpful beforehand, was very flexible with regard to our arrival due to heavy traffic and kind enough to help us with other enquiries we had. Would definitely recommend booking to others.

Wonderful

A lovely well equipped villa in a wonderful location overlooking Montgo Bay and the mountains and sea. Totally agree with the last reviewer, not far from the beach. shops and restaurants, easily reached, but you may need a car for the climb back. We loved the bar on the beach for a cold beer and tapas! Margarita is a delightful lady, meeting you on arrival, and only a phone call away if you need any help. Would highly recommend this villa, and it's a great place to base yourself to explore the region.

very dirty. We had to clean the whole house. the glasses of the bathroom horrible. There is no pressure in the water in the showers. Ants everywhere. there is no air conditioning. the door handles are very loud.

Long reaching views, close to a beach surrounded by restaurants with a cool beach bar in the centre.

We had a very relaxing holiday here. You have everything you need close by. We had stayed in Cadaques on our way down and done some sight seeing whilst there, so we parked the car at the beginning of the week and didn't move it until we left. Margarita and her mother were very welcoming even though we got there an hour early and it was good to know that we could call if we had a problem, we didn't need to. We have 2 teenagers so we took advantage of the water sports at the beach, paddle boarding and kayaking. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. There is a supermarket close to the beach which has everything you need, ask Margarita to show you the quick route. The villa was clean and well maintained it had everything that you would need. The bedrooms were good sizes, two of the had access to a balcony with the best views.

So relaxing

Our family group stayed in villa jana in L'Escala early June. The villa is situated on a headland called montgo and has views of the sea on both sides. We were met by the owner and her daughter who couldn't have been more obliging. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable with every modern convenience, we wanted for nothing. There were 8 in our group including a baby but there was the option to sleep 2 more as there was a sofa bed in the living area. The owners provided us with extra towels for the beach, a baby buggy and play centre following email requests. The gated pool was great to keep a busy toddler safe. The area is lovely and quiet with a well stocked supermarket at the bottom of the hill near the beautiful montgo beach. Check out can miquel for a brilliant menu - delicious and very reasonable. L'Escala town is a 5 minute drive away or a 50 min walk to the old town which is lovely. Would highly recommend this villa and we are seriously considering going back again next year.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft und jeden Morgen ein echtes Highlight. Die Villa war sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber: Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

La maison est tout à fait comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Elle est joliment décorée, elle possède un magnifique petit jardin de rocaille qui est très reposant. La piscine est parfaite très securisée et proche de la table pour manger en surveillant les enfants. Nous étions en famille 4 adultes et 1 enfant de 5 ans et on ne se gêne pas, chacun peut vivre sa vie. Il y a 2 garages un grand où est rentré notre Espace et un plus petit pour mettre les vélos... La vue de la maison est magnifique on voit la mer. L'accès à la petite plage de Montgo est à 10 mn en descendant à pied à travers les chemins entre les maisons. Le quartier est très calme est la rue est une impasse, donc tres peu de passage.Margarita est adorable et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage und mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Alle 3 Generationen haben schöne und erholsame Tage verbracht. Sehr schön ist die wind- und regengeschützte Sitzecke draußen und es ist sehr schön ruhig (Sackgasse).

Mooie woning, verschillende gezellige terrasjes aan, proper en volledig uitgerust. Voldoende ligstoelen. Enkele mogelijke kleine verbeterpuntjes: 1. airconditioning boven (1 toestel in de gang boven kan al veel wonderen doen bij hitte dagen).2. In de badkamer een thermostaatkraan ipv 2 aparte draaiknoppen zou het voor kinderen veel gemakkelijker maken. Ook het dopje van het bad is aan vernieuwing toe (water loopt bijna niet weg). Verder is het een hele fijne woning, super vriendelijke eigenaars en een fantastisch uitzicht!

Fijn huis met heerlijk zwembad op een prachtige locatie. Vooral het uitzicht is fantastisch vanuit de verschillende terrasjes. Dichtbij fijn strand, restaurants en supermarkt&bakker. Snel en prettig contact met de verhuurster.

Casa Jana de rêves

Séjour début septembre, très jolie maison au fond d’une impasse calme. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. La vue est magnifique et la piscine extra ! Marga est charmante et très discrète. Nous n’avions pas envie de repartir...

Schönes Haus mit guter Lage und Ausblick

Schönes geräumiges Haus. Für 7 Personen ausreichend. Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Baustellenlärm von gegenüber störte ein wenig. Kleinigkeiten bei Fliesen und Türen zeigte, dass es schon ein paar Saisons erlebt hatte.

Sehr nette Gastgäberin großes Haus mit viel Platz.

Wir waren mit 2 Kinder und einen Hund da. Alles super durchgedacht. Sehr viel Platz. Helle Räume und fantastischer Ausblick! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! und werden es auch weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt entspannter Platz für Familie in allen Lebenslagen

Wir nutzten das Haus für unseren jährlichen Familienurlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern samt Anhang und Hund... für alle etwas dabei: angenehme Größe des Objekts für gemeinsame Zeit wie auch Rückzug, Pool zur Abkühlung, wunderbarer Blick und Ruhe (bis auf Stadtpartyabend am Samstag;-) ), 10 min zu Fuss zum nächsten schönen Strand, nette Lokake fußläufig oder in L'Escala mit Auto/Bimmelbahn, viel Kultur drumrum bei Bedarf.... Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen: nicht perfekt, aber alles Nötige da und dadurch entspannt. Unkomplizierte und nette Gastgeberin. Empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder.
