La casa es muy comoda, con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Menaje muy completo, secador, plancha, sillas de playa, tumbonas, aparte del a/a en habitaciones hay varios ventiladores en salon y habitaciones también. Ropa de cama y toallas mas que suficientes. Buen estado de la casa en general. Urbanización tranquila y fácil aparcamiento.

Apartamento recomendable

Estancia muy agradable. El apartamento tiene de todo, incluidas sillas y carrito para llevarlas a la playa. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la nevera, y Alan estuvo atento para poder ayudarnos.

Ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia

Mi experiencia ha sido favorable !! Hay que decir que según los comentarios que había leído desfavorable me dio miedo alquilarlo !! Pero después de hablar con el propietario Alan me decidí y no me arrepiento !! La urbanización tranquila y bonita , tiene varías piscinas que puedes usar igual que varias puertas para acceder a la urbanización según te pille !! La playa está a cinco minutos exactos de reloj andando. En cuestión de limpieza por mi parte no le pongo pega . Tiene todo lo necesario ,ropa de cama , toallas , vajilla , sartenes ,secador , incluso papel higiénico ,jabón de manos ,jabón para lavadora , suavizante , tostadora , cafetera ,incluso sillas , tumbona u sombrilla para la playa en fin como si estuvieras en tu propia casa …. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos , muy bonita y es verdad que tiene un aseo aunque pequeño en la planta de abajo .En las habitaciones aires acondicionados que funcionan bien y en la planta de abajo ventilador de techo sin aire acondicionado pero os aseguro que no hace falta porque se está bien y eso que nosotros estuvimos Justo en una semana de ola de calor !Tiene una gran azotea solárium para poder tender la ropa preparando con sillas tumbonas y mesa !! Igual que al entrar a la casa hay una mesa con sillas donde desayunar y cenar al fresco porque para comer imposible porque nos daba el sol !! Es más tres sillas , una tumbona y sombrilla para la playa !! La chica que nos dio las llaves un encanto y el propietario un 10 !! Volveremos

Unos días agradables de vacaciones

Comienzo con unas cosas negativas de la vivienda, necesita una limpieza muy a fondo en general toda la casa. Lo que se va a utilizar más para pasar unos días como baños, camas, cocina (lo exterior), armarios para la ropa se encuentra limpio. Las sábanas y toallas también. No hay lavavajillas. Los colchones de las camas necesitan un cambio no son cómodos porque ya tienen tiempo. Y no estaría mal que hubiese una manguera en el solárium o en el porche de la entrada. Lo positivo, la ubicación que está cerca de todo andando, a la playa a 15', restaurantes supermercados, paseo marítimo... La tranquilidad de la urbanización. La dotación de material como menaje de cocina, horno, lavadora, microondas, cafetera, hervidor, aire acondicionado, ventiladores, tendedero... Y por último la chica que nos atendió súper amable y puntual nos estaba esperando en la puerta para darnos las llaves puesto que antes nos habíamos comunicado con ella por teléfono y habíamos quedado con ella y nos explicó todo.

Maison mel entretenue

Pas de surprise négative sur la résidence. Par contre, la maison n est pas équipée de Wifi, ni de climatisation pour le meme prix que celles qui le sont. Les accessoires dans la maison sont passables: fil a linge casse, terrasse non équipée et pas nettoyée, support pomme douche casse...

El propietario NO NOS INFORMÓ HASTA EL DÍA ANTERIOR A NUESTRA LLEGADA de los cambios del anuncio en las condiciones del mismo. El anuncio pone que tiene 2 baños y sin embargo, uno simplemente es aseo y tenia el lavabo inutilizado. Pasó una semana desde la confirmación de la reserva (y pago) a nuestra llegada pero parece que no fue tiempo suficiente para solucionarlo. En segundo lugar, debido al covid19, las instalaciones de la piscina tenían normas en cuanto al horario. Sólo podía utilizarse una hora por la mañana y otra por la tarde previa reserva el día anterior. Me parecen estupendas las medidas de prevención pero el propietario TENÍA QUE HABERNOS INFORMADO DE LAS MISMAS CON ANTELACIÓN (contactamos con él incluso antes de formalizar la reserva) para poder decidir si queríamos el apartamento en esas condiciones o no. Cuando reclamamos y pedimos una compensación económica, no por no poder disfrutar de las instalaciones sino por no habernos avisado de los cambios, su única respuesta fue que anuláramos la reserva por la web lo que significaba perder el alojamiento y todo el dinero pagado. Además, quiero avisar de que hace muchísimo calor en las habitaciones (planta de arriba) y no tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores. Precio excesivo tanto por instalaciones como por ubicación.

Descuidado y sin mantenimiento

Zona y entorno perfecto. Alojamiento sucio, el primer día lo pasé lavando todas las sábanas, toallas, cubre sofá etc. La chica que nos entregó las llaves dijo que hacía un par de horas que se habían ido los anteriores inquilinos. Encuentro fatal que no entreguen el apartamento en buenas condiciones y con ropa de casa limpia. Con mal olor, renovación urgente de ollas y sartenes, me tuve que comprar una. En general todo bastante gastado o roto. Una pena porque el apartamento en si es muy bueno.

Never again!

I had other cheaper alternatives but decided this place because of the nice photos and the previous good comments. The photos are real but when you get close to furniture/doors/bathroom you see they are shabby and rusty. I think probably this place was nice some years ago but not now. At the arrival I found three problems. 1) WC was broken, I spent several days asking for this to be solved. I WhatsApp-ed the local contact, she told me she knew the issue but asked me to send message to owner otherwise it will never be resolved, I emailed owner who provided plumber phone number. I called plumber and he asked me photos of the problem so he will come with the right tools, I sent photos but plumber never came. 2) The light in one of the bedrooms did not work. we had to use a torch during the 7 nights. 3) Batteries for the tv control did not work. I had to buy them to see the tv. Conclusion. The place needs some housework’s and renewal. The service is the worst I have seen. It is not acceptable to have toilet broken 7 days, it is not acceptable that I have to call to three different people plus provide photos to help the plumber during my holiday. I was supposed to be one having holidays and the owner of the flat was supposed to be the one chasing people to fix the issues.

A GREAT LOCATION HOLIDAY HOME

Having been coming to this area of almeria for now 15yrs now,and renting out holiday homes all over the region of almanzora, we came across this beautiful spotless home ,the property is well maintained with everything that you would need its super clean ,all the house hold gadgets work perfect its house that we felt safe to live in during our stay there,i would recommend this home for couples and familys to enjoy the beautiful almeria provence what is has to offer, the beaches are amazing with plenty of places to eat and relax,Its a part of spain that spanish people come from the citys to enjoy there holidays,, its a area that you wont find hen &stag partys from the uk its a world away from magaluf ,,and last thing the property owner alan is very prompt in answering and keeping you up todate of your booking with the transfer of monies are secure and safe , i have booked again , ,,,,,,,, fiona &paul jojiana &famly

Nice town house with a short walk to the playa

Nice compact 2 bed casa set in a pretty row of well maintained, terraced properties all within a small, secured urbanisation. Parking is quite close to the casa (so not far to carry the luggage or shopping). Small supermarkets are close by , but a Mercadona supermarket is 5 minutes away by car, should you need to do a weekly stock up. The lovely beach is a few minutes walk away, along with many various bars and restaurants. The casa itself is clean, pretty well equipped internally with modern furniture and appliances. There are 2 apartment size bedrooms (again,well furnished), and a family bathroom. Externally, for sun worshippers, there is a peaceful, open air sun-trapped rooftop solarium. But what we did enjoy was, having a few glasses of wine on the small front terrace in the evening and talking to the other residents.

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas. Tiene dos piscinas y esta cerquita de la playa. Tiene buenas comunicaciones en autobús tanto a mojacar, verá o garrucha. Muy buena experiencia. Para repetir!!

A pleasent stay

The property is exactly as it is described. Clean, comfortable and all the amenities one requires within a holiday villa. My boys had a fantastic time and loved the 2 pools, the gardens surrounding the property and pools were well maintained and friendly neighbours. Only down side is there is no air-con, it can get rather uncomfortable in the summer months. Definately would go back to the complex next year.

Very comfortable stay

Although the property is a few years old it is very well maintained and kept. The kitchen has been recently refurbished. All the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We had a very enjoyable stay in Garrucha. There is a very nice beach only 5 minutes away. There is also many bars and resturantes nearby. The apartment also gives you access to two communal pools. They are very clean and overlooked by a life guard which keep the pool areas very pleasant and safe. We would recommend to families with older children ( + 4 years old as stairs inside the apartment maybe a hazard and a cot is not supplied) and couples.

Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhouse. Comfortable beds and well equipped with beautifully kept gardens. a good selection of essential shops within walking distance and we loved our evening promenade beach walks.

We enjoyed our stay in your apartment. It's beautifully decorated & provides everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The residence is well kept, with lots of flowers & all amenities are but a short stroll away. Only air-condition would be a great improvement for the rental. The children loved the pool. Apartment is in a quiet area. We highly recommend rental. Jelena and Srdjan, Serbia.
