Duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the urbanization Playas del Sur, just 400 meters from the beach near Pueblo Laguna / Las Buganvillas, in Vera. The urbanization has an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool, a playground and green areas.

The duplex is located in a side street and has a parking space just in front of the entrance and one behind the urbanizacion. The house has a large living-dining room on the ground floor with Spanish television. There is air conditioning in the house. Next to the dining room there is an open American kitchen with modern appliances: fridge / freezer, combi, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the patio. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms; both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is also a bathroom with a walk in shower. The house is fully equipped.

There is a terrace at the front of the house with a covered area, perfect for lunch or dinner outside. The beach is only 400 meters away and in the surroundings there are several restaurants, shops and a supermarket, all within walking distance. The town of Garrucha is only 2 minutes away by car.

Electrical consumption :
Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.

Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.

Precies zoals het is!

Een fijne, koele, schone woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote koelkast, prima bedden, goede WiFi en een mooi zwembad.

Kurzurlaub Vera Beach

Ich war mit meinem Sohn eine Woche in Vera Beach, haupsächlich für Lunar Cable Park. Wir wurden vom Verwalter pünktlich am Haus getroffen und sehr nett ins Haus eingewiesen. Das Haus ist saube und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten keine offenen Wünsche. Wie hatten eine sehr, sehr schöne Woche gehapt, die sich wie 10 Tage angefühlt haben! Der Urlaub war sehr schön und freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal! Die Rückgabe des Hauses verlief auch reibungslos, perfekt!

Genial . Todo estaba perfecto. El apartamento estaba bien equipado , la ubicación excelente, zona tranquila y muy próxima a la playa . Tiene un porche con sombra a la hora de comer , que resultaba muy agradable. Fuimos con un golden , y disponía de manguera para poderle refrescar en la terraza . Repetiría sin duda

Vacances à Garrucha Vera Playa

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Garrucha. La location est spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Avec belle terrasse. Jolie piscine juste à côté. La plage sable fin est à moins de 10 min à pied. Stationnement reservé en face. Restaurants et bar aux alentours. Idéal pour passer des vacances en famille !

Satisfacción garantizada

Alojamiento dotado de todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa, a 5 minutos de una playa con 100 metros de profundidad de arena y kilómetros de longitud que garantizan espacio para sentirse cómodo y horas de paseos andando o en bicicleta por el carril bici que la bordea. Con plaza de aparcamiento en la puerta de la casa y piscina depurada con sal de gran tamaño y longitud. Ubicada en una zona rodeada de comercios que ofrecen una gran variedad de ofertas a precios muy asequibles. Con noches tranquilas y seguridad privada que proporcionan un buen descanso. Sin duda una opción que garantiza unas vacaciones de calidad

Muy agradable.sitio cercano a la playa.la piscina de la comunidad fenomenal y el dúplex perfecto

Estuvimos muy agusto tanto en el dúplex como con la zona. El propietario muy amable y la estancia se izo muy agradable. La zona es bonita y muy trankila aunq tiene cerca sitios para salir. El dúplex cumplía todas las expectativas y era tal como se describe en las fotos
