Beautiful home, Juaquoina was so so helpful, lovely. Met us to tour the home, answered messges and questions always and even helped arrange a taxi for us to leave. The home was beautiful and clean, amazing neighbourhood. The kitchen was lacking a few tools but easy to get all you needed cooked. And she also provided Nespresso pods!!!

Beautiful place

In the thick of the old town of Cordoba, on a quiet side alley. Close to everything. Charming multi level appartment with beautifull terrace. Our family of 5 was quite comfortable and simply loved the layout of the appartment

Perfect

We loved our stay at this little house. It is within walking distance of all the sights. It was a great neighbourhood of wonderful restaurants and bars. The house is well equipped and the roof top patio is wonderful. We really enjoyed our time in Cordoba and would stay here again.

Lovely terrace

The flat was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We love to be outside and spent a great deal of time on the rooftop terrace. Great views, very comfortable, but spotty wifi. As other have noted, those with mobility issues would find this place challenging. We however loved it. The location is excellent-close to almost everything one would want to do. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful host and loctation

Staying at Joaquina's place you get to experience the heart of Old Cordoba. She is a gracious host. A great location. Only if you have mobility issues, this rental is not the place for you. There are quite a few stairs.

Great location. Minimal charm

The location is awesome. Good restaurants out the door and so close to the sites. It's very spartan otherwise. We didn't realize we needed to make up our beds till we fell into them at midnight, so be prepared. But overall a fine bargain.

Awesome location and beautful property. Host was very welcoming. Less mobile folks might want to be aware that there are a lot of stairs--almost for every room. Not an issue for us. Super terrace on top with great views and breezes.

Nice house in the just in the city center

We stayed just some days in this house which is located just some steps from the city center. We had nothing to complain about. The only thing we would recommend is to place a small fridge on the top floor because otherwise you need to run down to the ground floor for each drink you have while enjoying the beautiful terrace ;)

A base in Cordoba

The house is in a perfect position for everything . It is absolutely lovely ( not to be recommended for those with serious mobility problems - though my sister in law had had two new hips within the past year and coped !!) We had croissants and coffee on the lovely terrace in the morning, and air conditioning in the bedrooms made the nights very tolerable ( we were there on the hottest day in April ever recorded in Spain!!) Mobility issues permitting we’d go back - we’d certainly go back to Cordoba .

Chillin' in Cordoba!

This wonderful row house is perched in the middle of old town close to restaurants, tapa bars, and all historic attractions. You can walk to the Mosque/Cathedral in minutes! Overnight parking is a 5-minute walk away and very accessible by foot. We travelled with another couple and found lots of room in this casa, which very well appointed, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The highlight of the property was the quiet setting, proximity to all the sites, and the roof-top terrace. The terrace was decorated with beautiful plants, very spacious, and a great place to unwind after a long day or have your morning coffee. The owner, was very gracious, communicated very well, and left us with everything we needed for a great stay. We would certainly recommend this Casa and would stay again upon a return visit!

Great location

Very central, ideal location and the apartment is charming. Caution with the stairs which are steep and narrow especially with luggage. Not for anyone large, elderly or infirm. I’m 65 and average fitness and it was doable for me. There is some mold on the wall in the upstairs bathroom. The apartment is charming but a bit funky. The roof terrace is beautiful and there is no car traffic on the streets nearby. We had a nice stay, but the stairs could be a big impediment for some people. You have to use them to get to the bedrooms.

owner poo-pooed unhealthy and unacceptable amount of mold in bathroom. said i over reacted. said there were other bedrooms to sleep in if the small amount of mold in one of the bedrooms was a problem. what kind of host says this? takes days to communicate.

3 story apartment in a good location

Cozy, 3 story apartment not for anyone with mobility problems. Apartment door is directly on a side street with lots of foot traffic and motor bikes, but quieted down by late evening and 12A on Friday night. 1st floor has a small dark living room with dining table at one end, kitchen and 1 bathroom on 1st floor. Kitchen with basic items, would like to see wine glasses added. Then walk up a narrow set of stairs to 2 small bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom at end of hall. Then walk up another set of narrow stairs to the 3rd floor open air rooftop deck. The washer/dryer is also on the 3rd floor. We were there in February and the apartment is not heated, it has some space heaters but it was pretty cold inside. The location is very convenient just on the outskirts of the Jewish quarter with restaurants and bars outside the door and short walk to historic sites. We enjoyed our stay for 5 nights.

Estupenda casa en pleno centro. Excelente ubicación, al lado de todo. Joaquina muy atenta en todo momento nos nosotros, nos facilitó la hora de entrada y de salida, y nos respondía ágilmente a cualquier duda que tuviéramos. La casa limpia y con todo lo necesario para alojarte cómodamente. La terraza tal como aparece en las fotos nos permitió unos agradables desayunos en familia. Córdoba, una ciudad preciosa. Muy recomendable, incluso en diciembre.¡Hasta la próxima!

Le logement est idéalement situé à 150m de la mosquée cathédrale.Il est très bien pensé et très fonctionnel. Nous y avons séjourné pendant une période de grande chaleur et avons fortement apprécié la climatisation et ta terrasse.Joaquina notre hôte a tout prévu pour un séjour agréable et répond aux messages dans un délai court.Je recommande ce logement !

Y después, quisimos compartir y hacer partícipes a quienes decidieran vivir la realidad de la judería cordobesa en sus vacaciones. Así surgió Casa Evaristo.

La Judería forma parte de las cuatro denominaciones Patrimonio de la Humanidad que tiene la ciudad. Es una zona histórica maravillosa con mucha vida en sus calles y muy tranquila cuando llega la noche. Al ser área peatonal, pasear o moverse en bicicleta se convierte en todo un placer: esa sensación de entrar en la ciudad con un ritmo tranquilo, pausado, relajado.

En el barrio, donde se encuentra Casa Evaristo, está la Mezquita, el Alcázar, el Puente Romano y los parques de la Albolafia junto al río Guadalquivir. Muy cerca encontrarás también pubs, bares típicos y los mejores restaurantes de la capital. Una efervescencia que crece en los meses de abril, mayo y junio con la Batalla de las FLores, las Cruces de Mayo, la Fiesta de los Patios, la Feria Real y Noche Blanca del Framenco, o Festival de las Flores Flora entre algunas de los festejos de la ciudad.

Sin olvidar, por supuesto, toda la oferta cultural de la ciudad con más títulos Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO no solo de España, si no de todo el mundo.
