Just a 9-minute walk from Los Bateles beach and 7 minutes from La Fontanilla. Large, bright, airy, rustic-style, and functional apartment just a few meters from the beach (500 meters).

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, large living-dining room with an outdoor terrace, and a private parking space in the building for one vehicle.

A delightful place to live, right in the heart of the Atalaya Park in Conil de la Frontera, close to restaurants, supermarkets, medical centers, and pharmacies.

In a two-story building, on the first floor (no elevator) but with very comfortable and spacious common areas. In a relatively new building, we have an apartment with direct access from the common areas to the living room;

Living-dining room with a classic style, sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, television, and fans in all rooms, including the living room.

Living room with access to an outdoor terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with complete utensils, fridge-freezer, gas hob, microwave, etc.

3 bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (150cm), one with two single beds, and one with a queen-size bed (150cm) and a single bed (90cm).

2 full bathrooms.

The property includes a private parking space in the building.

The property has high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. Hot water is provided by butane gas; a spare cylinder is kept in the house and always filled.

Bed linens and small towels are provided.

Don't forget to bring your own large towels and beach towels!

Muy agradable desde el principio Marco dándonos la bienvenida y explicándonos todo. El apartamento muy bien y cuidado. El único fallo que no tiene horno o aire acondicionado (había ventiladores). Por lo demás perfecto.

La descripción del anuncio se ajusta a la realidad. El casero resuelve amablemente y con rapidez las dudas. El piso estaba limpio. Buena ubicación, cerca hay varios restaurantes y supermercados. Si volvemos a conil, repetiremos sin duda.

La casa esta muy bien ubicada y cuidada. La estancia ha sido muy cómoda puesto que la vivienda ofrece todo lo necesario para el día a día. El propietario ha estado presente para solucionar cualquier duda y eso de agradecer.

¡NOS HA ENCANTADO! El apartamento se ofrece tal cual la descripción proporcionada por Marco, el propietario, así que fue ideal para las 7 que éramos. Muy espacioso, luminoso y equipado con todo y más; y con una ubicación ideal, muy cerca de los principales pubs de Conil, discotecas y de la playa, ya que solo había que bajar una calle para llegar a la misma. Por otra parte dar las gracias a Marco por el excelente trato y paciencia que tuvo, ya que se preocupó por nosotras antes, durante y después del viaje, siempre estando disponible y orientándonos respecto a todo el preparativo del mismo; sin contar que nos proporcionó la seguridad que se busca al alquilar un apartamento a través de un sitio web. De verdad totalmente recomendable. ¡REPETIREMOS!
