Lots of Room, fabulous view, Fotini was very helpful.

Bit of trouble with communications before arriving, we initially were directed to the wrong studio, but on the ground Fotini was incredibly helpful and efficient. The accommodation is in a great location, is a great size and the balcony is bigger than some accommodation I’ve stayed in! It also has a brilliant uninterrupted view of the sea.

reasonable apartment - plumbing not great and hoste did very little. Village is wonderful though.

It is a spacious apartment with wonderful sea views. However, the shower needs updating and is not fit for purpose, the kitchen was poorly equipped and we did not stay in the same apartment which we had booked many months ago. I was telephoned by the property manager when we were at Kitsa having lunch complaining that the cleaner could not get in as we hadn't left our key out. We hadn't even been told that a cleaner would be coming! All rather unprofessional in view of the extortionate cost!

Plaka room

The room in Plaka is spacious, has a great view of the sea, and is well located in town for access to cafes and restaurants. There were items missing from the kitchen and from the room which the caretaker kindly brought to us immediately. When we left early, they were kind enough to refund that portion of our payment.

Just book it!!

Of all the places we stayed in Greece, this was by far our favorite. The unit was clean and the view of the sunrise over the water was unmatched. The people in this small neighborhood of Plaka were wonderful. There’s a great coffee shop across the street, a supermarket next door, and some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Spinalonga island is right off your back porch and we’ll worth the visit. Our host Fotini was wonderful and very responsive, making sure that everything was perfect. We mistakenly locked ourself out one night and she was there 15 minutes later to let us in. I can’t say enough about this property and the lovely people of Crete.
