A nice quiet family holiday

We enjoyed our stay, the owners were very helpful and communicative, the property itself was tidy and had everything we needed. The pools etc were fab and we largely had them to ourselves! Local area is quiet and you certainly need a car to be able to get even to local shops etc. we had a nice family holiday, thank you!

Highly Recommend

Just back from a relaxing fab two week family holiday. Villa had everything we needed and any queries we had were immediately resolved by Julie. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves which was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here and the fact file provided was so useful.

A great holiday in a lovely villa. Choice of pools and two bars with food within easy walking distance. Very easy to get to the sea. There are several very good bars, restaurants and beaches within a few minutes drive. Famagusta town and beaches 45 mins drive, Kyrenia 35 mins. The host was fantastic, we had a couple of queries which were resolved very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place

Nice villa. It would be perfect if the outdoor furniture were better so all of us could fit at the same time. The beds were missing a mattress it hard fore the back to lay direkt on the helices. But that seemes to by a Cyprus problem. It would be nice to have ceiling fan in all rooms sins you can't use the aircondition the hole night.

Villa in Bahceli, North Cyrpus

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely villa in Bahceli, Northern Cyprus, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The villa's location, just 30 minutes from Kyrenia, provides the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. One of the highlights of this villa is its access to multiple swimming pools, offering a refreshing way to unwind and beat the heat. The three double bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends. The outside eating and BBQ area added a delightful touch to our evenings. We enjoyed cooking under the stars and indulging in delicious meals while taking in the serene surroundings. Although we encountered a minor issue with a water leak, I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly the owners addressed and resolved the problem within a day. Their prompt response and commitment to ensuring our comfort were highly commendable. Overall, this villa is a beautiful place to stay and explore Northern Cyprus. The proximity to free beaches and the abundance of local restaurants allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the local culture and cuisine. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation in Bahceli. It's a true gem in Northern Cyprus!

Summer in Northern Cyprus

We stayed at this villa in July- August 2019. What a super villa and location. We had never been to Northern Cyprus before. Whilst we knew it was going to be hot.... we took a while to acclimatise and the pool nearby really was excellent and helped us cope better. There is air-conditioning, but it was rather expensive to use so we tried our best to ration it. We hired a car through Julie and Pete and we got to visit many places. our favourite was The Karpas region. We also enjoyed Famagusta and we also ventured into Southern Cyprus to the Troodos Mountains (great picnic spots) and we visited Ayia Napa too - which was really not our cup of tea... but pleased to have seen it. We loved the peacefulness in Northern Cyprus. The villa has great views of the blue sea. Julie and Pete have a guidebook in the house of local restaurants. We tried a few. We enjoyed the fish at eagles Nest and also the pork chops at The Coconut! We would definitely go back and would recommend the villa to anyone. It was great! We found eating out really cheap and groceries were quite expensive, so eating out is a great option!! We also thought the electricity was quite pricey... but then again it was summer! All in all we had a great holiday!

Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht

Wir bereisten Nordzypern im Oktober. Julies und Petes Ferienhaus waren für uns idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Nordzypern kennenzulernen. Im Ferienhaus steht alles zur Verfügung, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Das Haus und die Anlage mit ihren Pools sind gut gepflegt. Julie ist eine verbildliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die umfangreichen Informationen zur Verfügung stellt. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Our second stay at this lovely villa

We enjoyed our stay so much when we visited earlier this summer we didn’t hesitate to come back again. We originally made a return booking for later in the year but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to cancel and made a request to bring our visit forward. Julie was so helpful and accommodating and went out of her way to sort this out for us. The villa really does have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The information in the villa as a guide to facilities and the local area is outstanding and very detailed. We have been visiting the island for the last 5 years and we discovered some places from the guide that we hadn’t visited before. We hired a car to make the most of our visit and would recommend this.As on our last visit the pools on site were mostly empty and we had them to ourselves most of the time, a calm oasis to cool off in the heat. The complex in which the villa is sited is very quiet and truly relaxing. The views from the villa’s upper terrace are magnificent and a good place to catch a breeze to cool off from the strong north Cyprus sun. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this villa and the whole ease of booking experience and the attention to detail by Julie to all of our family and friends.

The property was above expectations a really good break in a great area, the villa was well equipped with everything you need a Kerala home from home, breathtaking sea views from the balcony, a quiet and peaceful resort a short stroll to a lovely pool often all to ourselves. Lovely place for a family holiday

Pearl Bay (Crystal Bay Park) is everything a family could dream of: The Mediterranean a couple of minutes walk away, three pools, a small gym and a tenniscourt at your disposal - plus a wonderful restaurant 250 meters from the villa (don´t forget to book a table a couple of days ahead!).

So Relaxing

Villa Pearl was absolutely lovely. Home from home. Close enough to everything we wanted to see, yet set on a really peaceful site with beautiful pools to swim in, which half the time we had to ourselves. Everyone very friendly in Northern Cyprus, and a very cheap place to stay. The weather was a little hot for us, but hey!!

We currently live in the South of England with our two children. We are a very close family and love holidaying together. We first visited North Cyprus in 2004 due to curiosity, as family of ours had been holidaying in the Turkish Region for a few years running and always had positive feedback. Well, we fell in love with this part of Island instantly as it was bursting with natural beauty and charm, and unlike other Mediterranean resorts that we had visited, this part still remained un spoilt and uncommercialised. Another factor that we were totally drawn to was the warmth and generosity of the Turkish Cypriot people. We quickly realized that this is somewhere where we would like to retire, so we decided to buy a villa. We just love it more & more each time we visit...roll on retirement!

Completed 2010. After realizing that North Cyprus was where we wanted to buy a villa, we had the task of finding a location. We wanted somewhere that offered peace and tranquillity with a traditional feel about it, but still within easy reach of the main town Kyrenia, with its stunning harbour, lively bars, restaurants, shopping and close enough to all the fun & action for the children when needed. It was most important to us that we had Sea & Mountain views and was walking distance to the ocean. We feel very lucky to have found somewhere that offered everything on our wish list, with the added bonus of actually being able to hear the ocean! And not to mention the all year round fabulous weather. Its been described as the last un-spoilt part of the Mediterranean and they are right!

Apart from the obvious of being able to have a dip in our own Private Bay only a stones throw away and the selection of pools (where at times you could find one to have all to yourself) and all that has been mentioned above, Is the way the Villas on the complex are staggered, so that you would ALWAYS have un-interrupted views of the sea and mountains. Other reasons we chose this villa was the added benefit of being on a village complex. Children especially, like to meet and interact with others as adults too! You have the option to be as busy or as relaxed as you chose!
