2012年に完成した新しい高級マンション。 シェアリは、エリアの絶好のロケーションにあり、あらゆる側面から素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 冬にはゲレンデへのアクセスはテレキャビンまで50mで、一日の終わりには駐車場へスキーで戻ります。 夏には山のふもとに位置し、すべての村のレストランや施設に簡単にアクセスできます。 エビアン（レマン湖/ジュネーブ湖側）は山を12 km下り、スイス側のヴェルビエからフランス側のモルジヌまで1時間以内に簡単に車で山にアクセスできます。 ミラノは車で2時間、Thollon Les Memisesは非常に中央西ヨーロッパにあります。

Family break

Spacious property, very clean and as described. Local handyman for any issues. Quiet area in summer, very close to the cable car up the mountain for amazing views and walks. Short drive to Évian and good base for exploring around Lake Geneva.

Perfect location

Perfect location for access to the ski lift as I hate walking in ski boots. Also centrally based near to the bars and restaurants. The accommodation was great for three couples as there were two en-suites and another toilet/shower. PS the bus to Evian was 2 Euros return. The whole trip was a bargain. When I visit Thollon again I will try an stay here

Great Apartment, Huge Balcony, Ideal Location

The perfect location for us, easy access to all of the Bars & Restaurants, and the main Telecabine a 1 min walk from the apartment. Very well equipped with eveything you'd need and more. I'd book again in a flash if it was available for the Feb Half term Skiing.....

Hiking and enjoying

We had for fantastic days at the partment. The cable car to the top of the mountain is directly in the neighbourhood and gelfers good start for small! Hiking tours with the nice lake view. When we arrived the apartment, was not really clean wieso Lord of hairs and dirt lying around. But it hat everything we need it for relaxing after hiking. We aspecially enjoyd the general spaduo with the nice view on the mountains and a little bit on the lake.

Nice and spacious appartment on a perfect location!

We stayed with 3 adults and 3 children for a week in this apartment. It is spacious, equipped with all conveniences and located in a perfect location. We have skied in Thollon les Memises, a perfect area for children. The apartment is very close to the gondola, ideal when you have to carry three pairs of children's skis and your own ... The apartment contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plenty of room for everyone. The living room / kitchen is relatively small for the apartment, but still large enough. The apartment was clean when we arrived, with plenty of towels and bedding provided. The presence of a washing machine and dryer is also ideal. The owner responds quickly to any questions and has even arranged a high chair for us. Thanks again! A ski locker on the ground floor is the only improvement I can think of, there is nothing else to be said about this apartment!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pendant les vacances de Noël. L’appartement se trouve à proximité du télésiège. Les chambres avec salle de bain est un plus. La cuisine est bien équipée. L’hôte est réactif au moindre souci. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

La cuisine n'était pas propre...déchet alimentaire...on a du aspirer l'appartement.Armoires remplies..de tout ..casserole en-desous du lit.Pas beaucoup de place pour ranger ses affaires..et on a même du mettre une valise sur le balcon pendant 15 jours.(avec son contenu...Très petit salon...et mini frigo....Tige de robinet cassé....planche de wc de travers.Stephane hyper efficace pour réparer...et chercher l'aspirateur....(très aimable ce monsieur)Sinon,très bel endroit...et très beau temps.

Un super cadre pour un séjour familial au ski

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement, la possibilité d'avoir chacun notre salle de bains et toilettes , un vrai confort !une localisation idéale, à 50 m du télécabine ! avec des enfants petits on apprécie forcément !Une station conviviale et familiale et en plus le soleil !

Een gelukstreffer

Dat bleek dit appartement en het dorpje te zijn. Wat een leuke locatie, naast de lift en de terrasjes. Vanaf het super ruime balkon was er altijd wat te zien. En te genieten van het uitzicht. Mooie wandelomgeving en het meer op een kwartiertje rijden. Wij hadden heerlijk weer dus lekker eten aan de picknicktafel. De tafel binnen was dan ook net te krap voor vijf 😉Pubers blij met de wifi en eigen badkamers. Verder was aan alles gedacht, van waterkoker. tot zelfs een wasmachine.

Appartement spacieux et bien placé mais literies à revoir .

Petite station peu de commerce mais appartement proche du telecabine et avec vue sur lac leman et parking privatif. Le plus 3 chambres avec chacune une salle d eau. Les moins les literies sont fatiguées et il manque un lave-vaisselle .

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour de Noël.. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires qui sont vraiment gentil et répondent de suite et sont très à l écoute. Le seul bémol c’est le ménage. Mais bon rien de grave non plus. Dommage que le personnel de nettoyage ne face pas correctement son travail.. nous avons adoré l emplacement et l espace du logement. Je vous recommande…

Emplacement de premier plan

L’´appartement est extrêmement bien placé. 3 chambres 3 salles de bain. La terrasse est immense et très bien orientée. Une attention supplémentaire au nettoyage placerait l’appartement en 5 étoiles.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at our property. I'm Ketts own property in France and Portugal. I have two children aged 16 and 13 and chose the properties to suit our own wishes and requirements.
In Portugal Luz offers everything a family needs for a great holiday and of course a dedicated swimming pool. Golf courses close by.
In France we struck lucky finding Thollon Les Memises as it is an authentic French village in the alps. Excellent for both Winter and Summer holidays. Evian water originates in Thollon, it has its own ski-resort with access to some of the finest ski-resorts in France and Switzerland in an hour’s drive.

We have tried to make the properties a home from home but with a local feel. We enhance them each year in order to retain high standards.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

When we bought Chez Ali we already knew Thollon as we have had property here since 2005 (FR9826). Thollon has its own ski-resort and is very family friendly. Our children are welcome throughout the village and are able to practice their French with the locals. The apartment was part of a hotel re-development by a British company and we liked the high quality and space not often found by French built apartments that we had seen. On arriving in Thollon (2004) in the Summer it was very clear this was a lovely area. We have since spent many weeks in summer and winter. It is a friendly authentic French alpine village and within easy access of, well, the rest of Europe!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Chez Ali is an ideal base for out and about Summer holidays and ideal for beginner and family skiing. My family can be considered advanced skiers now and we still enjoy Thollon but have the option to drive to many larger resorts in no time at all from Verbier in Swizerland to Porte du Soleil in France. All is aspects of skiing are cheaper in Thollon than the major resorts and yet by law the ski-school standards for example are identical but with much better views. Then there is the Evian water connection, not many people can say they bath in Evian water! As a bonus the Telecabin is on the doorstep (50m) and across the road from restaurants and shops, yet it is very pieceful with views across Lake Geneva/Leman to Switzerland and of course our own Memises piece of French-alps.
