Family-friendly villa for max. 4 adults and 4 children (max 16y), on one sunny level, build in the beginning of the 80', easy accessible on the mountain Mas Nou, elevated position(300m).On Google map the villa is on Carrer Mas Tapes (GPS coordonates 41.827850 3.035398) but on the Urbanización this road is called Carrer de Girasolls. The street number is the same: P.405.The villa is the 5th on your right coming from Playa de Aro. Cosy living and dining place with fireplace , southerly oriented with a unique and fabulous view on the mountains and Mediterranean. 2 WC. Central heating. Fire cassette in living room, firewood available. From living room direct access to covered terrace with barbecue and private swimming pool, all on the same level and completely enclosed. The swimming pool ,with shower, is near - 5m - from kitchen and living room, solar heated adding max 2° in springtime and autumn and without chemical products (no red eyes, water is soft, positive effect on the skin). A second terrace has a view on the garden. Privacy guaranteed. Garage for 2 cars. Large enclosed garden (1900 sq.m.) with cork, pine and fruit trees and flower garden.

Also der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, gerade die Lage und der Blick von der Terrasse waren grandios. Plata d‘Aro war schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche an Geräten und Besteck war sehr gut. 2 Garagen für Fahrzeuge, die Tischtennisplatte, der Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen.Jedoch muss man das Alter der Einrichtung ansprechen. Das Inventar stammt aus dem Anfang der 80er Jahre. Eine Modernisierung der Einrichtung gerade der Bäder wäre angebracht. Die Ledersitze im Wohnzimmer haben auch ihren Zenit längst überschritten. Im Hinblick auf den Gesamtpreis (2 Wochen-4500) nicht ganz zeitgemäß. Leider hatten die Einbauschränke einen etwas muffigen Geruch, die sich auf unsere Wäsche übertragen hat.Die zur Betreuung stehenden Personen Hilde und Jan waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Sehr löblich.

Fantastische villa met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben tijdens de feestdagen twee heerlijke weken gehad. We zijn zeer goed ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. Ondanks dat het huis en de spullen misschien wat verouderd zijn, is alles aanwezig in huis wat je nodig hebt voor een fantastisch vakantie! De kinderen hebben goed gebruik gemaakt van de grote tuin en de tafeltennistafel.

Traumhafte Aussicht von einer schönen Villa mit Pool

Wir hatten sehr schöne 2,5 Wochen in dem sehr schönen Haus. Leider ist die Ausstattung schon sehr betagt. Alles in allem ist die Beschreibung zutreffend und man findet alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Ausblick und der Pool sind wirklich das Highlight. Die Betreuung ist tatsächlich super. Da geht unser Dank an Jan und Hilde, welche wirklich bei allen Fragen sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle waren. Vielen Dank

Unglaublich liebe Menschen haben uns empfangen, herzlichen Dank Hilde und Jan ! Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder kommen. Das Haus ist ein wunderbares älteres Schmuckkästchen mit viel Charme. Eine tolle Terrasse lädt zum entspannen am Pool ein mit atemberaubender Sicht . Die Kinder hat man beim spielen im Pool immer im Blick .

Très bonne maison, Service impeccable

Cette location est parfaite. La maison est très confortable, très bien chauffée (séjour en hiver), très bien équipée et la vue est a couper le souffle. Le plus de cette location c'est sa gestion. Hilde et Jan (qui gèrent le bien) sont très réactifs et vraiment serviables (en plus d'être des gens adorables). L'internet ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée le soir, le lendemain matin la compagnie d'internet venait réparer les câbles, quel service!!!!

We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in Playa. We werden hartelijk ontvangen bij aankomst. Het was heerlijk vertoeven onder het overdekt terras met bbq en prachtig uitzicht. Wel waren we enigszins teleurgesteld in het kleine zwembad. Textiel is aan vervanging toe.

Un lugar de relax ideal para estos momentos

Ha sido una estancia tranquila y agradable en la que hemos disfrutado de la vida en familia y hemos estado muy bien atendidos por Jan y Hilda, personas excelentes y muy acogedoras, que nos han informado de todo con detalle y han estado disponibles para cualquier consulta. La zona de recreo del porche , barbacoa y piscina de la que no nos hemos movido más que para comprar tiene unas vistas fantásticas. Hemos descansado que era nuestro objetivo. Paz y tranquilidad

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica, la casa es una casa antigua toda ella, lo mejor de ell las vistas espectaculares, así como la zona exterior del porche y la piscina. Nos recibió Hilda, una señora muy amable y muy atenta y posteriormente mantuvimos contacto con Jan, una bellísima persona y un trato excelente.. Me llevó un muy buen recuerdo y de unas magníficas vacaciones en unos tiempos complicados por el covid19. Sin duda para repetir!

Geweldig uitzicht!!!!

Super fijn verblijf met geweldig uitzicht wij hebben genoten en zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig heb wij miste alleen een bank maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!!!

The house has great views and is perfect for a family.

We have just got back from and have to say that the house has fantastic views, our 3 boys loved the pool, and we really liked the area. Lots of activities available for the kids and close to the beach. The house inside is fine, the only thing we would have liked was a sofa in the lounge rather than lots of individual chairs...... Thanks for allowing us to stay in your house and we would definatly consider coming back next year!

Magnifique !

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette belle maison. Elle est confortable, bien équipée. La vue sur la mer et les montagnes est extrêmement apaisante. Les moustiquaires dans toutes les pieces sont d'une très grande utilité. Les alentours de la maison sont assez calmes. La localisation permet de se rendre facilement à divers lieux de visite ou plages. Les personnes qui s'occupent de la maison sont charmantes et très réactives en cas de questionnement. Il s'agit d'une location que je conseille volontiers.

Heerlijk genoten met de kinderen

We hebben met onze kinderen een geweldige tijd gehad in dit gezellige huis met een prachtig uitzicht over zee vanaf het zonneterras met zwembad. De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt in het zwembad en in de tuin (verstoppertje spelen). Huis, tuin en zwembad werden keurig verzorgd tijdens ons verblijf door de vriendelijke familie Tops. Door de beschutting van de bomen was de temperatuur in het huis en slaapkamers nog prima te doen. Kortom, we hebben heerlijk genoten.

Relaxing week in Costa Brava

We were looking for a quiet place in beautiful settings, with private pool and guaranteed sunshine. And this is exactly what we got. The house is located in a private housing area on a sunny hillside ( evening sun until 19.30) with a stunning view, roughly 10min drive from Platja D'Aro (with well equipped Carrefour supermarket). Area is planned carefully so that the houses are not facing each other, creating almost ideal feeling of solitude and privacy. There is fair amount of forested areas around, one night we were surprised with a strange sound from the backyard - went checking and there was a whole family of wild boars with puppies... our kids were totally exalted and wanted to set up a nightwatch the following nights in order to see them again :-) The house itself has 3 bedrooms. Is tastefully decorated - classic style, not fancy but comfortable and convenient. Terrace is right next to pool - this is where we spent most of our time anyway. The temperature around avg 27deg was just perfect as the hillside location kept away the excess heat You would experience in the cities. Small downside is the absence of AC - in the bedrooms it was too warm (at least for us from nordic country). There was one fan which though slightly helped. The beds are OK, though a little stiff for our preference. The area itself has enough to do for a week - aquapark for kids, good food and nice traditional restaurants ( we preferred the villages of Llafranc and Tamariu in 20min drive), charming medieval towns (Rupit, Pals), Barcelona with it's famous Camp Nou, Gaudi creations etc. Regarding the price level, Costa Brava felt a bit on a higher side. We have been used to rent a villa in Portugal and with comparable quality level the prices for house rent and food were more expensive. Overall, me and my family had a wonderful week and we hope to be back again !

To visit my family. Quiet place but nearby sport facilities, beach and a lot of other tourist places. Gerona 40 min drive, also by bus, Barcelona 90 min drive or by bus from Playa or by train from Caldes to center of the city 1H (Passeig de Grácia).

Very quiet, beautiful view on sea & mountains, walking opportunities. Swimming pool enclosed near to terrace,living room and kitchen. Quality of water of the swimming, solar heated when needed in may-october. Property 1800m² is also enclosed. Situated at 350m above sea level. Excellent views on Mediterrenian, 'S Agaro, San Feliu and the Mountjuich mountains. Very near direct access by road to the beautiful Golf Mas Nou and naturepark Gabarras, which gives you a lot of possibilities for walking and cycling. Superrette, restaurant with piscine near to the Golf at 500m.
Don't forget the nice promenade near to the sea in 's Agaro and beautiful villas and palaces.
