CASA ACOGEDORA - Chalet with terrace in Portocolom.

Located in Porto Colom in the eastern part of Mallorca this modern house invites 6 guests.
A comfortable terrace can be used for lovely evenings with friends sharing a bottle of wine. A mobile barbecue is available for the case you wish to cook outside.

The living-dining room with a Smart-TV is open to the kitchen and is decorated in a cheerful and modern style. The kitchen with a ceramic hob is well equipped with all necessary utensils. On this floor there are two bedrooms: one is with a double bed and the other has two single beds, both have an access to a balcony. There is an exterior bathroom with shower. A cot and high chair are available on request. In the laundry room you find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The third bedroom with two single beds deserves a special attention, not only because it is very spacious, but also because it can be reached only through a curious spiral staircase. Since it is a loft, you do not have a total privacy. On the upper floor, there is a second shower bathroom. There are three fans at your disposal.

In the surroundings of this beautiful house you will find many dreamlike beaches such as Cala Marsal, Cales de Mallorca, Cala D'Or and Cala Sa Nau. Porto Colom itself is a very romantic town that has been dedicating to fishing for decades. You can still watch the fishermen in the morning going to work. Of course, here you can try fresh fish prepared in thousand ways. In Porto Colom there are supermarkets and all the necessary services for an independent stay. Neighbour villages of Santanyí and Ses Salines are famous for the production of Sal D'Es Trenc.

Disfrutamos de una excelente estancia en Portocolom. Rafel y Cathy son unos anfitriones muy hospitalarios (a pesar de que llegamos a las 23:00), las recomendaciones fueron excelentes: restaurantes, playas... todo estaba allí. La casa está perfecta, muy limpia, bien equipada. Mención especial para las 3 terrazas muy agradables, así como la ropa de cama. Habíamos alquilado un coche, el aparcamiento es fácil de encontrar cerca. Todo a poca distancia a la ciudad. Pasamos una estancia muy agradable en familia y lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

Los anfitriones son muy amables y el entorno, el diseño interior y la ubicación son excelentes. Nuestro vuelo familiar se retrasó, el propietario nos esperó hasta las 3 de la mañana y fue muy amable. Wir haben 6 Tage im Haus von Rafel in Portocolom verbracht. Rafel hat uns herzlich empfangen und viele gute Tipps gegeben. Er hat uns einen besonderen schönen Strand empfohlen. ? im Haus war alles perfekt genauso wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft „casa acogedora“ in Portocolom ist zentral, aber ruhig gelegen und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Wohnung ist hell, luftig und hat eine wunderschöne kleine Terrasse zur Straße hin, auf der man entspannt frühstücken kann. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, die Restaurants an der Küste sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Supermärkte und eine Bäckerei sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Eigentümer*innen wohnen im Erdgeschoß und sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da unser Flug Verspätung hatte, sind wir erst Nachts um halb 2 angekommen, was kein Problem war. Wirklich schöne Wohnung, wir kommen gerne wieder :) Muchas gracias por la Ensaimada!!

Trotzdem zentral gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die auch vor Ort im unteren Teil des Hauses wohnen. Perfekt ausgestattete Unterkunft, großzügig und luftig geschnitten mit sehr großen Fenstern und einem sehr hübschen Aussenbereich, auf dem wir viel Zeit verbracht, gegessen und den Abendhimmel genossen haben. Appartement très propre et clair, comme sur les photos. Très bien équipé, les propriétaires ont pensés à tout. Petit bémol sur les chambres qui ne sont pas équipées de volets mais simplement de rideau, ce qui peut gêner ceux qui prévoient des grasses matinées. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux des propriétaires rafel et cathy, merci à eux. L'appartement est situé à 300 mètres à pieds du port et de ses restaurants. Porto colom est un super village pour toutes les magnifiques criques à proximité.

Very clean, stylish and bright apartment in very central location in Portocolom close to cafes, restaurants and the harbour. Great little terrace above a lovely small garden to spend time outside. The apartment is well equipped with everything you may need and has enough space to comfortably accommodate 6 guests (incl. a brand-new 2nd bathroom). The hosts were very welcoming and kind. We would be happy to return!
