Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador de Turismo. The complex is only 2 minutes walk from the beach and a pleasant 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright, airy lounge/dining room equipped with TV with International and Spanish channels, free wifi, 2 large sofas and a dining table with chairs. The living room has a ceiling fan but no air conditioning. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the large south facing terrace which has nice open views and is equipped with a wooden dining table and chairs to dine al fresco. It also has a sun awning if you prefer shade. There is a fully-equipped separate kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and fridge/freezer which also has a door to the terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds together, both with fitted wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning. The apartment has a cloakroom at the entrance plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. The Alcazaba complex has a very nice and quiet communal pool and gardens and is just 2 minutes away from a supermarket, bars and restaurants.
