Beautiful property & location with parking just outside of the condo. If using a cane or walking impaired the two flights of stairs should be considered.

Our host was very responsive. The condo had great amenities for spending time at the beach and for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay at the property, listing 40777, again!

We had a couple of small plumbing issues. Pool area was stunning. Location of property & parking close to unit wonderful.

We enjoyed having Fiona. She was gracious while the Palms and their plumbers worked on a plumbing problem that existed between the first and second floor resulting in a leak into the condo below. All issues are resolved and our beautiful condo and the one below is back in order. Thank you Fiona for your patience during this time.

We have stayed at The Palms at Wailea many times over the past 25 years or so, and have never been disappointed. The property is located on a grassy hill, with a short walk to Keawakapu Beach. Ulua Beach (with excellent snorkeling) is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk. Unit 504 itself is 2-BR, 2-BA, and quite modern, with enough distance between the two bedrooms for privacy. The kitchen, kitchen nook and family room are very inviting, with a nice patio outside. The property owner Bonnie is VERY responsive to questions, so we felt as though we had already established a nice relationship with her before we even arrived. And Chelsea did a great job cleaning the unit before we arrived. The Palms also has a great pool, which is a nice place to visit, after a morning of snorkeling, swimming and sunning at the beach. We'll be back!

Wonderful stay in Wailea!

Wonderful stay in Wailea! The location was perfect, and the property was spotless with beautifully maintained grounds that added to the experience. While the condo was a bit dated in some regards, it was comfortable, functional, and met all our needs. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy Maui!

Property was in a great location. It had been nicely updated and was very nice. Lots of extras, beach chairs and towels, cooler. Laundry in unit. Parking right next to the unit. Host was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Palms Wailea, Maui

Nice property, we have stayed in the Palms several times. This is a second floor unit with views of the grounds. It is remodeled and was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Really nice condo in Wailea

Great stay. Updates to kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Deck with BBQ also a hit. Everything was as advertised. 10 minute walk to Ulua beach.
