Nicely located, clean, and well appointed

Nicely maintained property with all the essentials. Neighborhood is well located to Alhambra, restaurants, and shopping. Host was very responsive.

Wonderful Apartment in Granada

The apartment was modern, clean, with great light, well stocked by our hostess Teresa and in a great location. Close to buses and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Short stay in Granada

Quiet neighborhood with quick access to the city center and Alhambra. Clean convenient property! Property manager was very open with communication and instructions!

We loved this property and loved Granada. The neighborhood was convenient to everything, including having the minibus up to the Alhambra right outside the door. Everything else was an easy walk. The apartment was bright and airy. We appreciated the AC and room darkening shades for sleeping and the nighttime quiet. The neighborhood had some tapas bars, restaurants a bakery charcuterie as well as fruit/ veg stores, and seemed more residential than touristy which we liked

Great place to stay

We stayed for two nights and very much enjoyed our time. The space was clean and very much as we expected from the pictures. It was wonderful having air conditioning to get a break from the heat. Our host was very clear with communication and quick to respond. If we were back we would stay here again.

Great location

Perfect for us, comfortable bed, spacious apartment. Handy lift to the top floor. Garage is five minutes walk from apartment and was ideal. Great location with bus stop at the front door.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Great location! The city tour bus stop is right outside the building. The apartment was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and pillows with a full kitchen, including a washing machine. The bed was comfortable. We would stay there again! The host responds immediately to any questions.

Lovely apartment in Granada

Modern apartment with everything you will need. Very comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Host even gave us coffee and pastries! Convenient to some nice restaurants with outdoor seating and having a garage to park the car was a big help.

Perfect stay!

Teresa is a gem as a hostess! She helped us figure out the washer and got is a a taxi to the train. Her response time was immediate. We were so impressed! The apartment is bright and clean and centrally located. We love the realjo neighborhood. So many places to eat and easy to get around.

Beautiful Granada

We loved Granada and the apartment was perfect. Clean and well laid out. Nice touch having milk , coffee , tea and other drinks in the fridge upon arrival. No where else on our 4 week trip was this welcoming. We would not hesitate to return.

Great space. Great location

This space is way better than a hotel room. Lots of room to move around in. Clean. A bit of street noise, but nowhere close to being a problem. Very well located to explore Granada. No shortage of nearby restaurants and bakeries. If you’re going to the Alhambra, the bus stops right outside the door!

Excellent location & space

Excellent location from which to see the sites in Granada; all walkable or the bus stops just outside the unit. View better than pictures. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, and matched description and pictures. Host was very communicative, responsive and extremely helpful. This is the way this type of lodging should be listed, described and managed.

Simply Fantastic!

Teresa’s property was bright and beautiful - and the location is extremely central to all there is to do in Granada. And while there is parking with the unit, suggest not renting a car as you can walk or use inexpensive taxi rides to get to any part of the city. This really was so enjoyable & Teresa was very helpful - I’ll be back!

Great location, quiet little apartment

The location was great, the house was little but nice and also very quiet. The floor wasn’t very clean and the apartment was also a little dusty. There was only one dishwasher capsule, few napkins, no paper rolls and only one toilet roll. So I wish we would have found more amenities since we spent there 3 nights.

Great location, buses at your doorstep

We enjoyed our stay. The place would benefit from an owner walk through. Broken window blinds and malfunctioning window hardware. A shower curtain would be nice to keep all the water off the floor. It’s not a bad place just needs a refresh and some TLC

Excellent, clean, comfortable apartment!

We loved this clean, bright, top floor studio apartment! Teresa was very responsive as we were a bit confused with the check in process (our fault, misreading the code for the lock box, which we quickly resolved). If you're coming by car, it's a bit tricky to navigate the steps to get the garage key from the apartment lock box, then drive a few blocks around to find the garage -- and the garage is best for only a very small car! But we managed it, and we would absolutely stay in this lovely apartment again!

3 days in Granada

This apartment was perfect for our short trip to Granada. The apartment was clean and bright and was stocked with all essentials. The place is open plan and modern and the bed was very comfortable. There was a little technical difficulty with the door opening App and Teresa responded immediately to let us in. The location is perfect for 25 minute steep walk up to the Alhambra but you are also on a main bus route if you prefer. There is a little cafe next door for coffee and Spanish toast for breakfast and you are a short walk to some amazing restaurants and tapas bars. Would definitely go back to this location and recommend to my friends.

Loved Granada and the apartment

My daughter and I were supposed to stay 2 nights but decided to stay 3 since everything was so enjoyable. As other reviews state Teresa is super responsive. I mean we every time we contacted her we heard back within 5 minutes. And we contacted her about things not related to our stay. I say she goes above and beyond making the apartment first class. I hope we get the opportunity to visit Granada again and stay at her place

Muy buena estancia

El apartamento tiene de todo, tanto menaje como consumibles. Muy bien ubicado y con parking (muy necesario por la zona), la plaza y la entrada es algo justa pero un coche grande (con maniobras) entra.
